Yes, I replied. You have to sign a waiver. Go up to the front desk and scan the QR code. Which I did but was never checked that I did. There was no welcome, no greeting, no explanation of the layout or amenities. No discussion about membership. Nothing. I was part of a meet up group who arranged the court reservation where I paid $7 which I am fine with. When you look at their website they have so many layers and it appears all memberships are full? What the.. and then not engaging me as a new customer. They have to work on the marketing and personal approach which was dismal. I found changing area in the back which coed, pipe and drapes set up. Very basic. Restrooms were clean and neat and plenty areas of sitting space alongside courts. The entry way front desk are is so cluttered with stuff. Plenty of parking. Even the entry is confusing with blackout doors.

A lot of them asked if I was on vacation, and when I told them I was there for the weekend with the women motorcycle riders to break the world record they were interested in the event. One nice lady (don't remember her name) was talking about how she had her dad out the day before and was seeing ladies riding motorcycles and how enjoyed seeing all the ladies. You get to play with a ton of people and get a ton of games in. It's affordable too! I think too many new indoor places want to do all the bar/food/fad type of experience.
