I use this facility for their Golf simulator and I really enjoy it. The bays are wide and accommodating. You could comfortably fit 4-5 people. They offer full service food and beverage options with a full bar as well. I have played pickle ball here once and there were a TON of courts. They always have business so probably a good idea to get online and reserve a court or bay. They also do live music in the evenings by the bar from time to time. Pro-tip: get their app on your phone! It makes things much more efficient and it has real time data on availability and events. read more

Pickle Haus also has virtual golf, live music, and bathrooms with lockers and a changing area. There's plenty of parking and lots of areas inside to hangout and socialize while enjoying watching others play or watching some tv. The courts are well maintained and everyone here is friendly. We played here last night, and had a drink and delicious dinner. Omg! This is the largest, Lamborghini of Pickleball clubs. Great prices, fun events planned, many courts, balls provided, and all over fun spot. I only wish I lived closer. I am over an hour away in Chicago....damn. We played with very good people. We were thinking about a venue for this years Friendsgiving celebration and we landed on Pickle Haus. We had 15 people in our party so we contacted an Event Coordinator. After a telephone discussion, we got a cabana and 2 courts. When we arrived, we were informed that the cabana was ready and 1 court. We informed the receptionist that we reserved 2 courts, she checked the system and let us know that we had only 1. As well pulled up our text confirmations, it only indicated time but no court information. The receptionist looked and they did not have another opening so it was the cabana and 1 court. She asked us if we still wanted it and we said, yes since everyone is here. As the party went to the area, I hung back to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that it was upsetting that there was a mistake. She said the best she can do since there were no open courts that she can extend the time 45 minutes. Also, when I asked how much to rent paddle, she said she would give me 4 at no charge (which was nice). When we got to our court, the previous party was still there and had to be asked to clear the area. The courts were great! It was well kept and had enough space in the out of bounds area so it was safe. The entire place has 12 courts and the atmosphere was lively. There is a restaurant for food and a walk up bar. Since we had a cabana, we had a server but the problem was that they only had 2 servers for the entire place, so you can imagine the slow service we had. The few times the server would come by, he didn't notice that our 1 pitcher of water would be empty and we had to ask a few times if he can refill it. We ordered Nachos and Hummus and pita and a few drinks. It came out to about $21 a person. Overall, the games and the time we had hanging with friends and family it was great! Our pickle ball "serves" were fast and furious but this place lacked good service. I feel the proper thing the staff should have done from the get go was to offer something for the inconvenience of not having 2 courts for our party. I had to wait back and ask. Especially for a big party. Our future Friendsgiving Outings will be pickleball but not sure we would come back. read more

Thai was our first time here and it was so much fun! It's great for people who love pickleball and want to play with friends competitively or just for fun. They also have a golf simulator which I would like to try next time. You can also rent paddles if you don't have your own. We order flatbread and better than I was expecting from a place like this. The drink menu leaves a lot to be desired. Couldn't find any beers that I was interested in so decided on the Coors Light. Told they do not carry Coors anymore even though on the menu so had to go with Bud Light instead (which wasn't on the menu). My wife wanted Captain and Diet. They do not carry Captain Morgans which is odd for a bar. The pickleball courts looked outstanding and like a great place to play. If you are going to host trivia nights it would be good to have wait person or two to take orders, bring food and provide drink refills. I visited picklehaus with my friends and could not have been happier with my experience. I had a good time on the courts and then enjoyed a perfectly made Brooklyn Bridge pizza by one of the cooks. As I bit into the pizza, a single tear trickled down my face. I enjoyed the pizza so much I asked to speak to the cook who made it who was named Alex. Alex's hospitality and aura really stuck with me and inspired me to donate money to charity and adopt a kitten from the shelter on my way home. The place itself is nice , clean and new the issues I have is the lighting over the courts is horrible. They are super bright can lights. When you look up your eyes form halos and your vision goes blurry. Making tracking the ball difficult. Also late afternoon playing on courts 9, 10 and 11 the windows on the west side. Are not tinted enough and it's very difficult to see the ball They did put some tinted film on the elevated windows that seams to have helped a bit with that issue . My final complaint is there is no sound absorption and you cant even hear the opponent call out the score . The place is a giant echo chamber. on one of our visits. We did get some food. Which was expensive for what you got. It was good but not a great value. All in all the place is good if not expensive. And I hear the prices are going up. I understand the rent is probably very expensive in that building. One last compliment. The courts themselves are really nice They did it right and had the good brands installed. Ok one more. Stopped by for their grand opening last night - what a treat! The place is huge in terms of the number of courts, but quite inviting. I can definitely see rolling in here with a group of eight for some casual play for an hour or two, having some food and bev and just enjoying the experience.
