I loved it as well. While it had the luxury trappings, it was smaller than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, my massage was excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and serene. I felt like I was the only person in the world. I was happy that they offer appointments on Sunday, which is super convenient. I also liked that when I paid by Visa, I wasn't prompted to tip the therapist. (I still did though, because I had a fantastic session.)

I confirmed back a time via e-mail and even received a reminder e-mail 24 hours before my appointment. LOCATION It is right off of Bayly - note it's not located in the condo towers but rather next to them in the townhouses, street-facing. Parking is street parking - I had no problem finding a spot on a Tuesday evening but I can imagine it might be a challenge during the weekend. FIRST IMPRESSION When you walk it, it's absolutely stunning - classy decor, very clean and very chic. It's very small (one treatment room) however it's done up amazing. I was met by Yao (my massage therapist) and had a quick health questionnaire to complete. MASSAGE QUALITY Amazing! I had a 90 minute massage done and it was completely worth it. Yao focused on my problem areas (shoulders, neck, upper back) and also accommodated my requests (no feet - I have an issue with ppl touching my feet!) and also made adjustments to the pillows so it was more comfortable. The massage cream used was also very nice - lightly scented (not too overpowering) and not too greasy. OVERALL I have found my go-to massage place in Pickering (have been looking for awhile). The hours are fantastic and they are open 7 days a week. Because there's only one treatment room, you feel like it's your own personal spa - no hearing other people walking/talking, getting their massage done...extremely personal and private. Highly recommend to check it out!

The inside is more on the spa side than the physical therapy theme for sure. There's a little waiting area with chairs where you can hang out before your masseuse comes out to get you. They have a lot of treatment rooms towards the back of the house where some you have to walk up and down stairs to just note that if you have mobility issues. The room was lit comfortably. The massage bed looked a little dated. Luckily there were some good parts like it having a heat source under it. I was asked by my RMT whether I wanted it on or off. I had a 50 minute massage. Paul made sure to ask me about what my concerns were so he would be able to focus the treatment method. He didn't try to chat much during the process but did ask if the pressure was okay at certain points. They actually have a special rate for an introductory massage that is $80 before tax. They offer other services at intro prices for facials and the hot stone massage. Overall it was a good massage. I think if I paid full price I wouldn't have been as pleased with it but still good.

I really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was and understood my needs really well. I especially loved working with Devi. What I really loved about this clinic is that the employees really went above and beyond for me. A few months after I finished up my sessions, my sister was having a different issue and I recommended this clinic to her. Catherine at reception, invited her in for a free consultation the same day she called. After a few days, Catherine followed up with her to make sure she was doing okay and was extremely flexible in booking an appointment for her if she chose to do so. They were also very honest in assessing her noting that the issue she had was not a muscle issue and therfor could not be resolved with physiotherapy. I truly appreciated. how knowledgeable and patient they were with both myself and my sister for our different needs. If I ever have an issue in the future, this clinic will be the first place I go to! I also will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!
