I have been there once before and the service was just ok. The store was busy for an early weekday afternoon. The store was well stocked and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff availability was very limited. There was only one person working the front. Another person eventually came but it did nothing to speed up service for the, at least, seven people waiting in line. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, the original worker acknowledged the last person in line and told him that there was a self checkout register available. The self checkout register is located right near the front door but not well posted. We all stood waiting in line and did not notice the register. When I turned the key to ignite the engine, the engine would struggle for a bit, and then when the car turned on, all of my alarms and lights would start flashing. This was especially embarrassing in public because it looked like I was breaking into my own car. This obviously seemed like an electrical issue, so I brought it over to my usual mechanic who shall not be named here. They said that they don't do electrical work and recommended that I take it to the dealership. As we all know, even driving past your dealership will cost you $100, so I decided to check around for local mechanics who do electric work. Dynasty Auto was one of the first ones I checked out, and the Yelp reviews convinced me to give them a shot. I brought my car in and just as I figured, it was an electrical problem. However, it was a big one. I needed a part replaced. Dynasty offered me the option to go new or used. I went with used because it would save me some money. When the used part came in, they immediately called me to inform me that the used part was garbage and that they wouldn't send me and my car out of there with something like that. I really appreciated their honesty because I've had mechanics put faulty parts in my car in the past. So, the only option was to buy a new part instead of used. Long story short, it took a bit for the new part to get installed and programmed correctly, but on the upside, my car is back to normal, and Dynasty charged me for the used price instead of the new one to compensate my inconvenience. Through every step of the way, they took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what steps they were taking to get it done. I can't stress enough how strongly I recommend Dynasty if you need work done on your car. They're honest people, they charge reasonable prices, and they beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is back in good shape. If you're looking for a new mechanic or are just willing to try someone new, have Dynasty take a look at your car. 5 stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Warning: In my opinion, my experience involved deceptive business practices…read more I called Dynasty Automotive before my appointment and specifically asked two questions: how much the A/C diagnostic would cost and how they would determine what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told the diagnostic would cost about $120 and that they would use a diagnostic tool to identify the problem. After waiting about an hour, I was told they could not diagnose the issue unless I first authorized a $471 A/C recharge, and that I should just let the Freon leak out to see if there was a leak. I was effectively left with two choices: pay about $120 for a "diagnostic" that would provide no diagnosis, or pay $471 for a Freon recharge without knowing whether it would fix the problem, just to continue the diagnosis. Feeling backed into a corner, I approved the recharge. Only after the recharge was completed was I told the evaporator was leaking and given a repair estimate of over $4,100. Later, I was told the dryer listed on the estimate was only a recommendation. What concerned me most were the inconsistent explanations. During my visit, I was told the leak had been identified using water from a water bottle. Later, I was told the recharge was necessary to identify the leak. Those two explanations cannot both be true. I requested a partial refund because I believe the need for a $471 recharge should have been disclosed when I specifically asked how the diagnostic would be performed. My request was denied.

They told me I needed to replace the entire differential for $2,700. The kicker is, they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. I decided to get a second opinion and took it up the street to Action Gator on Lee Rd. The service staff there were great and agreed that I seemed to have a bad axle bearing and possibly some noise coming from the pinion bearing. They weren't equipped to work on this so they referred me to Advance Driveline. After scheduling an appointment, I dropped my truck off hoping for the best. About an hour later, I received a call that I did have a worn axle bearing and the pinion bearing was showing some wear also. They replaced all of the bearings, seals, and ring gear, and I had my truck back that afternoon. Just under $800 out the door, way better than $2,700!!!

With HPR, however, I know I can trust them to do quality work with OEM parts and not overcharge for their work. It is a huge job. They got work done in a timely fashion and for a really fair price, especially considering the pride they took in their work. But you do have to get on their schedule. They are in demand.

They saved my friends at least $500 and the air conditioning puts out the cold air, which is not a luxury in Florida but a necessity. Especially with small children.
