Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Went to a closer Autozone who did not have the battery. Once here the lady checked and verified that #1 the battery I had was only good for a year but also #2 when Firestone did the check the used the wrong guage,, reading my battery at 525 when they were supposed to use 425 so that is why it was showing wrong. She checked my battery twice and assured me it was still fine and then showed me the slightly pricier but better for my car battery to get for the future. You learn something new all the time. Sadly I do not remember the young lady's name but she had glasses and knew her work.

Nothing but straight professionalism and friendly service at a reasonable price. I came here initially to have a dashcam installed (front and rear) for my son's car. They did an amazing job. It looks like a factory install and works great. The second time I came here I was having the same thing done in my vehicle. This is where they went the extra mile. Once it was installed (again looking like a factory install) the dashcam behaved oddly. Power would not come on sometimes and other times it would. When we went back Eduardo personally looked into it and found that the wiring to connect the dashcam to the electrical system had been labelled incorrectly. Once this was discovered and fixed everything worked perfectly. They stand behind their work. And even when it is the manufacturer's mistake they will help you fix the issue. We have two Odysseys (don't ask, big family) and both were coming up on the dreaded 100,000 mile engine maintenance schedule. I say dreaded because no matter where you take it or even doing it yourself, it will cost a lot. With HPR, however, I know I can trust them to do quality work with OEM parts and not overcharge for their work. It is a huge job. They got work done in a timely fashion and for a really fair price, especially considering the pride they took in their work. But you do have to get on their schedule. They are in demand.
