Pick up Stix store #720. HB Note! Manager Adrianna was aces! Completely made our experience top notch! 06/16/2026 Perfect food. Excellent customer service ...and, as a flight attendant, I'm super picky about the quality of customer service I receive. I expect the best, and that's what we got at Pick Up Stix store #720 HB. Adrianna and the store she reps get high marks. 100% perfect. Thank you! Lisa Flory and family in Huntington Beach. read more

Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors - NEW SPICY KOREAN BBQ WITH WOK-TOSSED NOODLES extra Steak - Chinese Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

I am visiting in the area and decided to have dinner before meeting friends for coffee. It's a rainy day so not very many people out and about. The restaurant was pretty empty so no waiting in line to order. The restaurant has an open floor feel with nice floor to ceiling windows. It is clean and the decor is casual. You walk in to the counter and place your food order, take a seat and your food order will be brought to you. My food was ready quick and hot, nice for the cold weather. I had ordered the Firecracker Chicken. It had good flavor but there was a little too much of something. I couldn't quite pin point it, but maybe vinegar. The staff helpful and nice. read more

I haven't had this food in so long because the location where I'm from close down and so when I saw this place was nearby my hotel I had to go give it a try and I miss it so much. Then I got back to my hotel after getting the food to go and I was so disappointed. The food was burnt and it tasted burnt. I am so heartbroken because I know this flavoring of this food is amazing. The chef just really butchered the heck out of this. read more

As a vegetarian / vegan, it's hard to find fast Chinese food! I love coming here for the tofu options, though there are only 2 to choose from if you're vegan. The serving sizes here are amazing, I always have enough for two meals! Great for family style, and would recommend the firecracker tofu. Food service is quick, and restaurant is clean! Nothing fancy but great for a quick stop and hot meal. read more

Mix up with my code and it was handled quick and painless and the manager/supervisor took care of me thanks good looking out

A golden aura erupts from the Orange Chicken, battering pieces glistening like amber jewels forged in the fires of a thousand woks! Each morsel cradles a glossy coating that catches the light, promising the forbidden dance of sweet and savory that has toppled emperors! I raise my chopsticks. Time... stops. The crispy exterior SHATTERS like fragile glass, releasing an explosion of citrus-kissed sauce that floods my palate! The tangy sweetness charges forward like a cavalry, while subtle hints of ginger provide flanking maneuvers on my taste buds! The chicken itself--tender, juicy, perfect--yields with the grace of a seasoned warrior accepting honorable defeat! The Broccoli Beef ambushes me next! Emerald crowns of broccoli stand proud against ribbons of beef that have absorbed the dark, umami-rich sauce like ancient scrolls absorbing centuries of wisdom. The garlic whispers secrets, the oyster sauce adds depth like an ocean trench, and the beef--oh, the BEEF--delivers a savory knockout that reverberates through my very soul! But I'm not finished! The Chow Mein enters like a serpent of golden noodles, each strand perfectly wok-kissed with that elusive wok hei--the breath of the dragon itself! They tangle and twist with vegetables in a harmonious symphony! Finally, the Fried Rice--each grain standing at attention like loyal soldiers, kissed by soy, studded with vegetables and egg like precious stones in a crown! Collapses to knees read more

This Pick Up Stix beats others I've been to in termes of cleanliness and setting. Fast service and great food. I tried the new spicy Korean bbq steak with wok-tossed noodles and loved it, will get it again for sure: great flavor. Shrimp lo me in and broccoli beef were also great. read more

Food is constantly good. Super fast. A special shout out to Wendy who always makes eating here a good experience. Keeps me coming back.

Great customer service, very welcoming and kind. They helped with me a large order. We were told of the app to take advantage of reward for our purchases. It's much better quality than other places. read more

Great service and excellent food. I love the wonton soup and my husband the orange chicken.

Can't figure out why this place has a low score. We had a nice lunch there yesterday and it was really good. We tried the wild caught salmon and the vegetable rolls. They were both delicious. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. It's nice that Pick up Stix uses non gmo food. That's one of the big reasons we tried it out. Ignore the bad reviews here because they are a good restaurant. Maybe they had issues in the past, but based on our experience yesterday we didn't see any problems. read more

This is a usual and local Chinese restaurant near my home. I usually pick this up on the way home from a long day at work.... I am always greeted with smiles and often by name.... They even know my order :-) it's not necessary, but it's just a nice touch. Food is always good! Decently healthy, tasty and fresh and ready to go... the restaurant is consistently clean and welcoming! Thank you for the great service and the great food! They even have a rewards program that you can take advantage of if you participate in the program... every purchase orange you points to use for free meals and other promotional items! read more

It no longer tastes like what it used to. The portions are smaller, the chicken and beef taste fake, and the green onions are gone.

The food is always made fresh! Clean restaurant with a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Good options food came out warm. Happy with the order I received. Tables were clean. Would come back again read more

Had Kid's Chow Mein, it came with cream cheese wonton and a drink. Good portion. Only thing I thought it come with veggies in the noodle, I asked them they said because it's kids chow mein. So I guess kids don't like with veggies. Taste was good and a big portion. read more

The Mongolian beef entree was good and price was reasonable. This quick service restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. We would come back again if we wanted to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner. read more

So the food was just OK, we felt it could have been much better, fresher and tastier. We ordered the beef broccoli (meat was tough and chewy and the broccoli limp with an overpowering sweet sauce) and the Won Ton soup (soft soggy overcooked wontons, odd tasting filling, bland broth). Neither one of us finished our meal, which should tell you something. Maybe it's just this location, or maybe they were just having an off day. We won't be back though. With food being so expensive (even fast food isn't cheap these days), we are more selective on where we spend our money and what places we patronize and return to. Getting good value for fresh tasty food is a minimum requirement. Unfortunately, this Pick Up Stix, on this day, at this location fell way short of that. So it's a hard pass for us. read more
