$4 to get in just to see everything picked clean. Why are we paying all these environmental fees if a lot of the cars have oils in containers, trash , and batteries still in them ??? It was worth the $2 before to stop by and roam the yard but now its not.

I came in Monday to this pick n pull and forgot my mask. They told me they were not going to let me in without one. But then I see a few people coming from the inside with parts and without masks on. I told the African American woman at the counter why they could go inside without a mask and she said " this is not up for debate ". The people that were leaving without masks were of white ethnicity. Since I'm Hispanic is that the reason why? If I was to be of a lighter skin shade would I be able to go inside without a mask too? That probably is the case here.

Stopped in to find a hood that row52 said they should have. Sure enough they had the hood on the vehicle. Grabbed the hood and the taillights. Nice to see some newer ish cars in there and helped me out. People up front were easy going and we were in and out.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I bought my…read morevehicle here and in less than 5 months it already needed a complete transmission replacement and it had a pretty big oil leak so I had to replace also the oil valve. When I contacted the dealership, Sajjaad told me that "with used cars, these things can happen" and claimed he had no idea the car was in poor condition. This was especially upsetting because I made it clear that I was buying this car to safely commute with my baby -- this wasn't a luxury; it was a necessity. When I brought the car back to him, he personally drove it and quickly called me to say "there are no issues." I insisted he drive it longer, and only then did he finally admit that the transmission was failing. He also told me, "you never know how long a used car will last." If someone selling you a car said that to you on the day of the sale, would you feel confident buying it? No one would -- and no buyer should accept that excuse after the fact. I want to be fair and say that Sajjaad appeared to be a nice man at first, but after my experience and after seeing multiple other reviews reporting the same issue -- needing new transmissions right after purchase -- it is impossible for me to believe he isn't aware of what he's selling. The pattern speaks for itself. It feels clear that he is knowingly selling vehicles that are at the end of their life. He offered to "help" by sending me to the autobody shop next door, where they replaced the transmission and "reduced" the labor cost. Not only was the job done poorly, but they failed to code the new transmission, which is an essential part of the repair. I then had to take the car to a specialized shop in San Francisco and pay even more money to finish the job correctly. The specialized shop provided diagnostic proof that the transmission was never coded -- meaning the work I paid for was incomplete and unsafe. This was not just a car for me. It was the only way I could commute to daycare with my infant. To take advantage of people in situations like mine is not only unacceptable -- it feels deeply inhumane. I trusted this business with my savings and my child's safety, and they completely failed me. I strongly advise others to STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. The part I purchased on my own--due to understandable mistrust at this point--is not the issue. It's also important to note that They were the ones who y directed me to the store where I bought the part, as it's the same place they normally use. Below, I've attached the photos showing the faulty codes that confirm the necessary programming/coding was not done correctly.

The dealership not only seemed very honest, he also educated me on some rights that I have as a…read moreused car buyer from a dealership that I wasn't aware. He also let me know where a different dealership from a previous used car purchase failed to follow law so I am informed in the future. It's only been a few days but my wife and I enjoyed the buying experience and have enjoyed the car thus far. I would buy for Cherry Downtown Motor in the future.

That was the right call. Cartelligent sourced my 2023 911 GTS, and the experience was excellent. David, the founder, knows both the cars and the market. He took the time to understand what I was actually looking for, then challenged my assumptions. That led me to choose a low-mileage CPO car for my first Porsche--a decision I'm glad I was pushed toward. I worked with Christian throughout the purchase and delivery, and he was professional and attentive. The delivery specialist handled the handoff with real care. The entire team was friendly, focused on my needs, communicated clearly, and operated with professionalism end to end. They have the network, expertise, and discipline to navigate the market efficiently--no wasted time, no dead ends. Buying a car, simplified. I plan to purchase a new truck in the fall, and Cartelligent will be my broker again. Highly recommended if you're serious about finding the right vehicle.

I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!

Eric was my service advisor during a recent trip. I was cranky, hadn't had my coffee, gave Eric a hard time about a diagnostics fee. He didn't sweat it. Helped me out with a courtesy inspection after hearing a squeak coming from the rear of the car, and then made sure I got into a rental vehicle so I wasn't waiting at the dealership all day. And while I didn't get her name, I did stop someone on her way to the office to say the coffee machine needed some attention. She promptly fixed it and even offered to get me a cup of coffee. At a lot of other places, you'd kind of be on your own there. Four years into owning my car, this place still continues to impress me. Many of the people I engaged with early on may have moved on to newer places, but the standard of customer service never left. I'm really fortunate that Fairfield Subaru is so close to my house, and I'm sure I'll be bringing my car here for maintenance for many more years to come.

He was told it was in the shop but he wasn't allowed to look at it that day from some reason. He drove home and subsequently lost interest. Then, about ten days later, he was contacted by the dealership and asked whether he was still interested. He made an appointment to go back and see the car. This is where the positive part of the review comes: we were greeted by salesman Kyler first. He was pleasant and helpful. Because the process took a while, we were given a snack and allowed to pet the cat who lives there. We also dealt directly with Luis, the sales manager. Kyler took us on a test drive around the neighborhood, and the car was comfortable and drove like a new car. My husband and I had specific demands for the car (although it had low mileage, there were a lot of cosmetic defects), such as asking if the body shop could touch up the clear coat on the body. Luis and Kyler researched this and told us we could schedule an appointment to come back to have this done. So, long story short, we closed the deal with the help of Luis and the finance manager, Manny. At no time did anyone try to high pressure or upsell us on anything we didn't need or want. In spite of the early glitch getting to see the car, we came away from Fairfield Subaru feeling like we were treated fairly and honestly by the team who worked with us.
