    Passanger Seat Stolen by Fairfield Ford

    I'm currently involved in an ongoing legal matter with Fairfield Ford, so I'll keep this review focused on the facts as I experienced them. I brought my Ford F-450 in for service, and while the truck was in their possession, the seats went missing. What followed has been a long and disappointing process with little accountability or meaningful communication from the dealership. I've been a loyal Ford owner for years and have worked with many service centers, but this situation left me deeply concerned about how customer property is handled and protected. I hope that management and Ford Corporate take a closer look at how this location operates and ensure no other customer has to go through something similar.

    Well tried again due to them having Costco pricing but got tricked again to drive down to them have them low ball me on my trade then lie about being able to dealer trade Britney completely lied to me ***** beware not a trustworthy dealership but shame on me for thinking they would do what they said on the phone even talk to Sharon the manager who didn't care at all

    People of Solano County DO NOT take your personal vehicles to this ford location they've messed up too many times for me to forgive them it all started a few months ago with a pre purchased part for my interior It took over 4 weeks to recieve because they never ended up ordering it even though I would call weekly to check & see if it had arrived they couldn't even offer me a partial refund just a hey we got you on the next one so here we are my vehicle is due for a recall I was given a 1-2 day turnaround it ended up turning into a 7 day ordeal to fix my rear view camera the technician finished it at 8:00am (time stamped video) I didnt recieve the video until it was 6:00pm saying it was finished while they are already closed. I had to wait an additional 2 days just to pick up my vehicle the problem was not solved and was given 10% off on work (I never wanted or asked for) you guys definitely had me on the next one!!! I get it back and the rear ford oval badge is hanging half on clip missing with a giant gouge taken out of it little did the technician know there is a pre cut location to fit a small screw driver at the bottom to safely remove it thanks for wrecking my week best of luck I wont be back!

    Two strikes, and I'm done with Fairfield Ford. First, they dropped off my brand-new 2024 Mach-E with only 5 miles of battery. Now, a few months later, I scheduled a service appointment online for 7 AM. I even called on Saturday to confirm they'd be there Monday morning. Come Monday, no one shows up--I had to call them myself to figure out what was going on. On my second call, I learned they don't even service my area, and to top it off, their mobile service isn't equipped to handle the service I scheduled through their own system. Ford makes great vehicles, but clearly, not all dealerships are created equal. Hard pass on Fairfield Ford--take your business elsewhere.

    I just purchased my fourth vehicle from this dealership. No haggle pricing, no additional markups and a great product. Sharon Mercado is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. I'm attaching a picture of my vehicle.

    Awesome experience with my awesome BMW!

    I went to Ford Fairfield to buy a used BMW and was blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly all of the salespeople and managers were. I had to come at the end of the day due to work and they made sure to have my car cleaned and outside ready to go for me (it even had a big pink bow!) Will was my salesman and he was beyond knowledgeable about BMW product which was such a relief since he works at a Ford store! I mean it just goes to show that these people are as educated as possible on all vehicle types and will really help you find what will be most beneficial for YOU. I am so grateful for this awesome experience and look forward to recommending people. Huge shout out to Will and the management team for helping this dream of mine come true! Thank you guys :-)

The installation turned out to be more difficult than expected because of a loose screw and connection issues, but they were determined to find a solution. They worked patiently and professionally until everything was properly installed and functioning. What impressed me most was their willingness to help despite the extremely hot weather. They spent a considerable amount of time outside in the sun assisting me, and I honestly felt bad seeing them work so hard in the heat. Nevertheless, they remained friendly, positive, and committed to getting the job done right. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers are the reason people continue to shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts.     Was on my way to the good old Pick N Pull and had to stop by to get a socket to remove some GM…read moreseats - was a quick and painless transaction. Seems like when you work on cars its this endless cycle of buying more. And then you can't find what you need and buy duplicates - oh that just might be me. Anyway - was in a rush to get a socket to remove some GM seats - from a car that is becoming extinct. Had to do all this in a matter of two hours so didn't want to waste any time. Grabbed what I needed and headed out. Wasn't able to buy exactly what I needed but got the whole set. I signed up for their rewards membership and I get $5 and $10 coupons online all the time. I guess I quickly moved to their sucker list - their computer systems know of all the junky old cars I maintain.

    There was this sweet older lady that needs glasses because she couldn't see well. She also didn't…read moreknow how to do things well... she needs better training. The store manager thar day let her struggle & struggle without helping her. This caused us to wait 30 minutes for her to figure things out while the store manager did absolutely. Very bad experience go us. But it got worse, we spent an extra hour trying fo put on a part (brake pads) that did not fit. It took us an hour to figure out it was the wrong size. When we tried to exchange the brand new, never used brake pads today, today's sales person & store manager said without the receipt on hand, they refused to. (Note, this is why they get our phone number isn't it???? That's what we're told.) Eventually, we wanted our money back so we could buy from elsewhere (in case the exchanged part didn't work either, we don't want to go through this BS again.) We will never buy from here again. Terrible customer service. +1 star for the elderly lady doing her best without much manager assistance.

    I bought a battery from Napa auto parts about 18 months ago and of course you know when you buy a…read morebattery you have a three-year warranty but unfortunately, if you don't have your receipt 18 to 20 months later and it's not in their system even though you have a phone number with them, they are not covering your warranty. NAPA auto parts that we bought it from is now closed so I don't know if it was a glitch in their system but unfortunately, we are out of $278 because their system did not keep our warranty in there so I went around and checked other places, AutoZone has us in their system from 2020 and so does O'Reillys have us in their system from 2020. and the reason why I know that I made sure I did research before I sent out this rating because I want to make sure we are in people system with receipts if someone buys a battery from you and you were putting them in your system, you should be able to find them.
