Very fast delivery! We ordered last night and they delivered in less than a 1/2 hour. I'm not…read moreexpecting good food that quick - it was a nice bonus though. Again, great pizza, solid buffalo wings - very friendly service. I'm happy to be a loyal Franconi's customer.

My mom explained it was in the Savers book. Melissa stated she was not aware of that coupon and asked her if the coupon was still valid. My mother told her it had a date expiring December 2026, she then placed the order and drove 20 minutes to pick the order up. Melissa then looked at the coupon and realized it was Franconi's and they had recently changed to Huntington Valley Pizza. My parents being close to their 80s did not realize that. Melissa then called her boss and both employee and boss refused the coupon. My mother explained that they were elderly, and my father was a disabled Vietnam veteran, recently recently having spine surgery and on a budget, which did not make a difference. From the beginning on the phone, it seemed Melissa had a very bad disposition and a bad attitude overall. It wasn't a complete wasted trip because my parents walked next-door and got hotdogs with a coupon from the same book at the Dairy Queen next-door. Shame on this restaurant. Do better Melissa. Call your boss first next time before you coupon over the phone and make people drive there just not to honor it.

There wasn't a printed menu inside, so we were directed to view it online. We ordered the square white pizza because we were told it was thinner than the round pizza. We added chicken and sausage, and the total came to about $20. The pizza was okay, but it wasn't my favorite. I would have liked more sauce, and I found the chicken to be a little dry. The sausage had much better flavor. The crust was not crispy like I prefer. The restaurant itself is very spacious, with plenty of seating if you want to dine in. I also liked the old-style bench near the front where customers can sit while waiting for their order. Parking is probably the biggest challenge. There isn't a dedicated parking lot, so you'll need to find street parking, which is limited. Many of the nearby spaces seem to be occupied by neighboring businesses. One thing I did observe that concerned me was food handling. I saw a few employees using their cell phones in the kitchen area. After using their phones, they appeared to go back to handling food without first washing their hands or putting on fresh gloves. The employee who prepared my pizza was not one of the people I observed doing this, so I felt okay about my order. However, cell phones can carry a lot of germs, and proper handwashing before handling food is an important food safety practice. I hope management reminds employees to wash their hands and change gloves after using their phones. Overall, the service was fine, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the pizza for the price. I'm not sure if I'll return, but I appreciate the convenient location and hope they'll continue to focus on food safety and consistency.
