When it comes to margherita pizza, this Picasso needs to go back to art school. Too many chunks of tomato. Mediocre crust. No Romano on top. No fresh basil... and no... Squirting pesto out of a plastic bottle isn't the equivalent. Compared to Momma's Pizza less than a mile away, this margherita pizza was a major disappointment. read more

Picasso is a decent spot to go grab a quick bite on your lunch. Pizzas are premade and they heat them up for you when you order. They have lots of unique options too. I ordered their Penne Alla Vodka pizza and it was pretty good. Noodles were very dry and there was an over abundance of sauce under the cheese. Ratios were a bit off. The garlic knots were super doughy and tasted undercooked. You order at the counter and they call it out when your food is ready. There is no table service. You clear your own dishes and drop them on the way out. But in all the appetizer of garlic knots, 3 slices, and 2 drinks were still under $20. So while the food could have been better, there's a good value here if you are looking for more casual and budget friendly. read more

4/15/23 Picasso's is located in the dual shopping centers in Trexlertown and honestly I probably would not have noticed it because there are so much there. My brother knows it well and they have enjoyed food from Picassos on many occasions. I was down in the area visiting my brother and his new puppy mill mom that he adopted and we decided on getting lunch. I was really impressed with Picasso's broad menu. It's really huge and it's a lot to look at. We ordered takeout at the counter and were quoted about 20 minutes. I don't think the food even took that long. It was hot, fresh and ready for us pretty quickly. The lady behind the counter was very patient with me as I perused the menu trying to figure out what to order. While we were waiting, we sat at a table near the front counter, and it was sticky. That's the only reason I withdrew a star. One thing I really liked was rather than punishing customers for using credit cards they frame it in a more positive manner and encourage cash by giving a slight 3% discount. You won't see prices on their posted menu board, but in the hand held takeout menus there is pricing. From what I understand the pricing on their take-out menu is if you're using a credit card I think that's the approach all businesses should take rather than screwing customers with a 3% upcharge. My husband ordered the Italian Panini and he was really impressed by how huge it was and he said it was delicious. It also came with some french fries too. I ordered two pieces of the grandma pizza and it was delicious. It had chunky tomatoes on top and a really good garlic flavor. I really enjoyed it. It was very savory and tasty. read more

I got a large meat lover's pizza, and I was impressed. The crust was crunchy and chewy, not pasty or bland. The cheese was quite good and the toppings were just fine. The pizza wasn't huge or heavy, but just right. It was worth every penny. Try this place. read more

Always good! Our go-to for pizza and cheesesteaks. Their pastas are excellent as well.

Good, clean, pleasant atmosphere. My chicken wrap was fresh and all ingredients were tasty. I don't like French fries but I ate all that came with my wrap.(mmm good) My wife's hamburger tasted like steak with the hoagie style bun being crisp on the outside and fresh baked tender on the inside. She was happy. We will be back in the future. read more

I have been a patron of this place for about 3 years. Every Saturday we go for lunch. The food is usually good, BUT - the lady with the black hair behind the cash register has the personality of a shovel...She is dead pan cold. Acts like I am bothering her. Usually screws the order up. This is for dine-in mind you. THEN, when the food comes out and it is wrong, she starts arguing with me ! WTF !. She has a bad attitude for someone in the food industry. She is probably related to the owner. Like others said, it isn't the only place in town to eat on a Saturday. THEIR loss. NOT mine... read more

Chicken Parmesan with angel hair pasta tasted better as a leftover. Side salad and garlic bread were okay. Chicken Caesar salad didn't contain parmesan cheese, an ingredient of Caesar salad. Chicken had great flame grilled flavor, but too much of it, not enough romaine lettuce. Not sure if they use chicken breast. Slice cheese pizza was pretty good. Ordered Veg Pan Pizzas couple months ago. Couldn't remember if we liked it or not. Nice, clean restaurant with good atmosphere. Service is good. read more

This is our go-to place for pizza. The number of pizza options is extremely large, sometimes making our choice a bit longer to make. However, it's well worth the visit. The staff is very friendly, and really cares about the food they prepare. Beyond the pizza, there are so many wonderful dishes to be had. You'll enjoy your meal for sure! read more

The crust was really good but the pizza was really bad. The highlight was the TVs. Stay away from the sausage pizza.

terrible counter service and the food is average. Waited for sandwich over 20 minutes and it was sitting at counter for most of that time.

Pizza is garbage. Need to learn how to make a crust. Over priced. The only thing that saves this place is that there is no competition to speak of read more

Their pizza is always good. Their strombolis are killer. Usually very friendly with good service.

Sucks here. Tried it 3 times. Every time the pizza is so thin crust, burnt on the bottom and cheese is all runny. They told me 20 mins, I get there after 20 mins and they are just putting it into the oven. Waites 45 minutes. They told me my number, I repeated it on the phone and I get there and they had told me the wrong order number. Not going there anymore. read more

I called and ordered a chicken parm sub, was told 25 minutes, I showed up in 20 minutes and it was ready, paid only $9.00, which I think is a very affordable price these days. The sub was absolutely delicious, I will be back. read more

They never let me down, pizza is always on point! They make half trays of penne vodka or half trays of Chicken Franceses when I get a phone call that family is coming over this weekend. Pizza comes out delicious and worth the price. Love this place. read more

Walked in and there were about 7 employees standing around, not one said hello or asked if they could help me. After waiting a couple minutes I finally went up to the one girl there and she acted as if I was bothering her. That was great. The pizza was ok, although crust was terrible, I love crust and this was inedible, highly disappointed. Garlic bread had good flavor but was completely burnt, pretty inedible as well. read more

Would give a zero if I could.... their food MAY be good, but I won't know... called to find out if pizza was safe for my son with food allergies. Answer: I don't know. While I waited for a "I'll check " huffed and said Hold on... forgot she put me on hold so when she answered again, I said I'm still waiting for an answer. After yelling to someone the response was, We think so. When I said I need them to be sure she says, I don't know lady! ....so I hung up. Any restaurant who can't that simple but VERY SERIOUS question as critical as it is is NEVER a place I'll go. read more

Pizza is always hot and their wings are good too. We usually order delivery and it comes in about 45 minutes.

Do not go here!! And if you do, please!! Pretty please, check your food. If I could give zero stars, I would. They put bacon on both Caesar salads. Didn't put the dressing on the side, like the order stated. In addition, didn't put extra dressing on the side. We could not even eat them. And when we tried to get a refund, they said the restaurant told them we wanted bacon. Instead of owning up to your mistake, you called the customer a liar. Receipts are attached. No full refund by the way. So I would recommend not using the slice app either. Third party sites are never helpful. read more

Super awesome pizza selection. Fries were great. Very nice and polite staff. Great independent pizza establishment.

There are plenty other pizza places in the area. Don't pick this one. They will mess your order up, leave you hanging for over an hour and then not deliver anything in the end. This place is a joke run by a bunch of kids. Trust the stars on this one folks and don't even bother with "picasso" read more

The workers wearing the masks under the chin. One of them was rude, talking with the customer. The other one who did the dough was coughing on it with the mask on his chin. Ridiculous. Update- switched back to what appears and taste like correct roll for cheesesteak which ofcourse is Amaroso brand. Still the areas closest Philadelphia Cheesesteak. Prices are very good. Decor is 1980's pizza shop. Napkins are cheap. read more

Good food . Love the Sicilian pizza . Their Italian dishes are very good also . One of my favorites is the chicken and shrimp salad !

we have tried ordering from them twice. The last time the driver who the Picasso employee said was a restaurant employee left the pizza at the wrong house we had to get a refund from grub hub as the employee on the phone got belligerent. just tonight we tried to order again. when they said it was delivered Grubhub sent the picture of the pizzas ON THE WRONG PORCH AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Picasso pizza sucks do not order delivery from these rude arrogant people!!!!! read more

We have eaten pizza there a number of times but tonight decided to order entrees. We received shrimp alfredo and shrimp and clam scampi. It was the absolute best food we've ever eaten. There were so many clams in the scampi that you couldn't see the pasta underneath. The alfredo sauce was much better than Olive Gardens any day. I will definitely go back for many more meals!! read more

Pizza is good, along with other items on the menu. Employees are friendly, order is always correct.

Never again! Ordered food online arrived at store and they never completed the order. The appetizer was sitting there and they said they didn't see the order for a pizza which was on the same receipt as the appetizer? Cause that makes complete sense! They offered to make the pizza which would've taken 45 additional minutes to wait. They refused a refund and said you'll have to contact 3rd party ordering site. This isn't the first time dealing w/ poor service from them but it'll be the last time for sure! Own up to your mistakes and don't place blame on customers. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Ordered for delivery tonight, placed order at 4:45 at 5:07 they call back saying they don't have one of the meals I ordered... ok so I ordered a different meal. 6:05pm they arrive at my house with only one of the two meals and that meal was ice cold. When I called she told me she was the manager on duty and she was trying to make it up by remaking the one meal that was cold.. as I'm trying to talk to her about all of this she became passive aggressive and rude not offering anything but remaking the cold meal but she wanted the cold meal back i laughed as I work in the food industry as a server and I can tell you we never ask for the food back but whatever lady.. She then asked if we want the meals or not, we'll yeah your driver took the money for all the food so I either want my money back or the food.. 7:07pm our food finally was delivered correctly. The managers customer service skills were that Of the least not even being the slightest bit apologetic. Hopefully the owner fixes that soon or they won't have any business. It's a shame because the food itself is delicious when you get what you ordered! read more

Their pizza. Oh lord, their pizza. I would walk from my house to this establishment (which I'm guilty of) for another slice of their pie. They actually put seasonings on it, which is apparently hard to come by. I don't think I could find a better pizzeria in a 20 mile radius. I like staying and enjoying, or taking and running. The crust is chewy but yielding, the cheese is gooey in a great way, the sauce is robust and their toppings are excellent. I can't say that I really enjoy much of anything else on their menu. Their 3 cheese calzone often tastes a little... off, and the sauce that comes on the side for dipping tastes like it has a gallon of corn syrup in it. Their garlic knots are also not very garlicky, but I feel as though it's made from the same dough that forms the pizza crust, so I don't mind chowing down on 1 or 20. Remember, however, that it's called "Picasso PIZZA" not Picasso Anything Else. I would definitely recommend this to anyone hankering for a slice of pizza. It's good fresh, or fresh from the fridge. read more

Delicious chicken dinners at a great price. love the penne with vodka sauce too. Served by a terrific staff.

Best pizza in the area. So many choice single slices. Even for delivery. Very friendly. Fast delivery. Delivery guys are friendly!!

What can I say. I was starving and I ordered a Sicilian slice and pasta Fagiola soup to go. I was the only person in the place and there were three guys working there. Twenty minutes later my order comes out. What could possibly take so long? It seemed like I was a bother being in the place. They packed the soup and it leaked all over the place. I was not entirely impressed with their service. read more

We moved from Philly to the Lehigh Valley in the last year and have grown skeptical of several food places in this area since we are from the city where good food is always available regardless of how early or late in the day it is. We decided to give Picasso a try and surprisingly their pizza was nostalgic. We were reminded of pizza from our home town in Philly! On a few occasions we've walked in there and the appearance screamed authentic Italian! We were impressed that not only did they make a variety of pizza but they also have some popular pasta dinners. Tonight we gave it our first try with the pastas and placed our first online order. We we're disappointed to say the least. I ordered the chicken carbonara which I already was hesitant to order because on the menu it does state it's made with an Alfredo sauce. (Most carbonara is made with an egg and cheese sauce)They should just name it Chicken Alfredo with onions, bacon, and ham! The pasta to sauce ratio was just unappetizing. It was milky and all I could taste was the cream; no real flavor to write home about. My boyfriend order the chicken marsala and his opinion is that it's lifeless and uninspired. The marsala sauce was flavorless and the chicken had a rubbery texture like it was boiled. On the plus side they give big chicken cutlets to accompany the chicken dinners. Both of our dinners come along with a salad and garlic bread. We ordered Caesar dressing on both and there was no dressing in our bag. They must've ran out of garlic and butter because all we got we're sliced rolls. We ordered over and hour before closing and we waited over an hour for our food to be delivered even though we live 2 mins away. With the pricing and the delivery time it's disappointing that not enough care was put into making sure the order was accurate and just as mind blowing as their pizza. Absolutely will never get pasta from them again! Yelpers beware, stick to the pizza! read more
