Picasso is a decent spot to go grab a quick bite on your lunch. Pizzas are premade and they heat them up for you when you order. They have lots of unique options too. I ordered their Penne Alla Vodka pizza and it was pretty good. Noodles were very dry and there was an over abundance of sauce under the cheese. Ratios were a bit off. The garlic knots were super doughy and tasted undercooked. You order at the counter and they call it out when your food is ready. There is no table service. You clear your own dishes and drop them on the way out. But in all the appetizer of garlic knots, 3 slices, and 2 drinks were still under $20. So while the food could have been better, there's a good value here if you are looking for more casual and budget friendly. read more

4/15/23 Picasso's is located in the dual shopping centers in Trexlertown and honestly I probably would not have noticed it because there are so much there. My brother knows it well and they have enjoyed food from Picassos on many occasions. I was down in the area visiting my brother and his new puppy mill mom that he adopted and we decided on getting lunch. I was really impressed with Picasso's broad menu. It's really huge and it's a lot to look at. We ordered takeout at the counter and were quoted about 20 minutes. I don't think the food even took that long. It was hot, fresh and ready for us pretty quickly. The lady behind the counter was very patient with me as I perused the menu trying to figure out what to order. While we were waiting, we sat at a table near the front counter, and it was sticky. That's the only reason I withdrew a star. One thing I really liked was rather than punishing customers for using credit cards they frame it in a more positive manner and encourage cash by giving a slight 3% discount. You won't see prices on their posted menu board, but in the hand held takeout menus there is pricing. From what I understand the pricing on their take-out menu is if you're using a credit card I think that's the approach all businesses should take rather than screwing customers with a 3% upcharge. My husband ordered the Italian Panini and he was really impressed by how huge it was and he said it was delicious. It also came with some french fries too. I ordered two pieces of the grandma pizza and it was delicious. It had chunky tomatoes on top and a really good garlic flavor. I really enjoyed it. It was very savory and tasty. read more

Good, clean, pleasant atmosphere. My chicken wrap was fresh and all ingredients were tasty. I have been a patron of this place for about 3 years. Every Saturday we go for lunch. The food is usually good, BUT - the lady with the black hair behind the cash register has the personality of a shovel...She is dead pan cold. Acts like I am bothering her. Chicken Parmesan with angel hair pasta tasted better as a leftover. Side salad and garlic bread were okay. Chicken Caesar salad didn't contain parmesan cheese, an ingredient of Caesar salad. Chicken had great flame grilled flavor, but too much of it, not enough romaine lettuce. Not sure if they use chicken breast. Slice cheese pizza was pretty good. This is our go-to place for pizza. The number of pizza options is extremely large, sometimes making our choice a bit longer to make. However, it's well worth the visit. Do not go here!! And if you do, please!! Pretty please, check your food. If I could give zero stars, I would. They put bacon on both Caesar salads. Didn't put the dressing on the side, like the order stated. In addition, didn't put extra dressing on the side. We could not even eat them. And when we tried to get a refund, they said the restaurant told them we wanted bacon. Instead of owning up to your mistake, you called the customer a liar. Receipts are attached. Update- switched back to what appears and taste like correct roll for cheesesteak which ofcourse is Amaroso brand. Still the areas closest Philadelphia Cheesesteak. However their recipe, like everyone else in lehigh valley is incorrect. Pizza sauce and onions are not standard. Thats called a pizza steak with onions. Anyway steak was very good. We have eaten pizza there a number of times but tonight decided to order entrees. We received shrimp alfredo and shrimp and clam scampi. It was the absolute best food we've ever eaten. There were so many clams in the scampi that you couldn't see the pasta underneath. The alfredo sauce was much better than Olive Gardens any day. When I called she told me she was the manager on duty and she was trying to make it up by remaking the one meal that was cold.. as I'm trying to talk to her about all of this she became passive aggressive and rude not offering anything but remaking the cold meal but she wanted the cold meal back i laughed as I work in the food industry as a server and I can tell you we never ask for the food back but whatever lady.. She then asked if we want the meals or not, we'll yeah your driver took the money for all the food so I either want my money back or the food.. 7:07pm our food finally was delivered correctly. The appetizer was sitting there and they said they didn't see the order for a pizza which was on the same receipt as the appetizer? Cause that makes complete sense! Their pizza. Oh lord, their pizza. I would walk from my house to this establishment (which I'm guilty of) for another slice of their pie. They actually put seasonings on it, which is apparently hard to come by. I don't think I could find a better pizzeria in a 20 mile radius. I like staying and enjoying, or taking and running. The crust is chewy but yielding, the cheese is gooey in a great way, the sauce is robust and their toppings are excellent. I can't say that I really enjoy much of anything else on their menu. Their 3 cheese calzone often tastes a little... off, and the sauce that comes on the side for dipping tastes like it has a gallon of corn syrup in it. Their garlic knots are also not very garlicky, but I feel as though it's made from the same dough that forms the pizza crust, so I don't mind chowing down on 1 or 20. Remember, however, that it's called "Picasso PIZZA" not Picasso Anything Else. I would definitely recommend this to anyone hankering for a slice of pizza.
