Based on this, I would recommend against using his services. He doesn't stand behind his work and avoids customers who need follow up service. The funny thing is I gave him $50 more that he quoted for the job. He showed up as promised, did the work and offered to re-grout if the color wasn't right. Up until the time I was ghosted, it was a good experience. Now I would say stay away. There are plenty of other people out there who respond and stand behind their work.
