Special thanks to Piaget and the lovely jewelry consultant Nicole. The staffs greeted us warmly once we stepped in the store. I told Nicole that I WAS NOT interested in purchasing a wedding band for myself but my fiancé would like to purchase his one first. We briefly told Nicole about our preferred types of wedding bands and Nicole showed us a couple of choices. My fiancé immediate fell in love with one wedding band and Nicole helped him find the right size. It was the only wedding band we both liked after looking at Cartier and Bvlgari. Even though I was not interested in purchasing my wedding band that soon in the beginning, I decided to ask Nicole to find my wedding band as well. She did an amazing job. I am very thankful and grateful that my husband and I could meet Viktoriya from Piaget for our marriage bands. When we looked for our rings, we both agreed to buy them from someone whom we could feel happy to buy them from. Products themselves are important, but what we both always cherish more are stories about how we reach to them. It's important for us to think back and talk about stuffs or stories how we get them. Purchasing marriage rings was definitely important for us. And Viktoriya from Piaget was an amazing lady whom we feel so grateful that we could buy our rings from. You can buy products, but you can't buy sweet memories. We were so lucky to have her in our story and memory of how we found our rings that we both would wear for the rest of our lives. We had been looking around so many high brand jewelry stores to find the one for our marriage rings, but we couldn't find any that called both of us. We went to Tiffany, Cartier, Bvlugari, Harry Winston, Van Cleef, etc... Those brands did not have ideal rings for us. What's more, their services were very unfriendly, especially at their branches in Beverly Hills. However, when we arrived at Piaget, very kind and sweet lady, Viktoriya gave us such a warm friendly welcome and congratulated for our coming wedding. I have never met her before, but immediately I felt so relieved and happy to meet her. It was like I met my close friends who always get excited and happy for my happiness. Her service was very professional, and knowledgeable. We had not planed to get rings from Piaget, but when she showed us some of the rings after we told them what kind of rings we were looking for, we both felt like "this is the one!" We had a crunch time till our wedding, but she made sure that our rings would arrive by then. We had felt pressure that we needed to decide the words for engraving before the wedding, but Viktoriya suggested us having engraving after the wedding is another good option because sometimes we will have a better idea what kind of words will symbolize our marriage after the wedding. She was totally right and we felt very thankful that she gave us such a wonderful advice so that we didn't feel rush to decide the important words for us. Beautiful but... Piaget is one of my favorite jewelry boutiques and I was excited to learn one opened in Beverly Hills. There is a style of wedding bands I had to see in person as s potential option for my fiancé so I visited in Aug 2014 right after my engagement. I visited with my bestie who's been in the fine jewelry and luxury watch business for over 15 years so I knew what to expect service wise. The consultants in the boutique that day mostly ignored us as we ooooh-ed and ahhh-ed over many stunning pieces. Finally one lady (I have her name here on her business card but I will leave it out of this review) came over and pulled out the men's wedding bands for us. These are definitely 5 star pieces (as is every selection in the store). However, I just felt as though the consultant did not take me seriously. She seemed distracted or rushed. As it turned out I was right. She was supposed to follow up with me a few days later and she did not. Also when I called in, my call was never returned. Looks like I'll be taking my business to a company with better service like Tacori despite my love for this particular Piaget wedding band. When you spend this much on fine jewelry or timepieces you deserve the best service along with the purchase. read more

As exquisite, handmade mechanical watches come back in fashion, Piaget is a manufacturer in somewhat of a unique position - the uncomprised engineering of their movements is matched by the artistry of how time is presented to the wearer. Equally unique was my experience in their store. I'm not wealthy enough to consider a purchase like a Piaget another piece of "bling" - it's an investment, and one might expect the staff at a store which sells five- and six- figure watches would be distant and aloof. Based on my experience, one would be wrong. Sales Associate Mark was most helpful and knowledgeable, answering questions and describing which options were available to me. Granted, the store was not busy - on this Sunday afternoon, I was the only customer - but I really could not have had a better sales experience. There are many watchmakers vying for customers in this market, and many excellent watches available. Piaget's Beverly Hills location, which has been open for about a year, offers a one-of-a-kind product and buying experience. I hope, and expect, they will succeed with it. read more
