Christy is very knowledgeable and has helped me learn so much. When I originally started, I was terrified to go into a gym and attempt to lift weights next to someone who I assumed would be fitter and be lifting much heavier weights than I could. Thanks to Christy, I'm able to go into a gym comfortably and work out next to those "gym rats". I had my son with me who only moments ago had been discussing fitness improvements to boost his rugby performance over the off-season. Hmmmnnn...how ironic we would run into Tim only minutes later. Invictus has an incredible sports training program centralized on an individual's needs. Want speed? Tim has a program and trainer to boost your speed. Want more endurance? The program described to my son and I seemed like a phenomenal solution. Want to build muscle mass? Tim explained they have nutrition class to accompany that program as well. Want to lose weight? Trust me, by what I witness in their facility, there is no way not to do so. Each person gets a specific program based on their very specific needs at Invictus. And let me tell you Tim and his staff are incredibly passionate about their educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement these programs in the right way. Currently, Invictus is training a local La Crosse and basketball team. I am truly impressed with not only Tim and his fellow instructors, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff! Give Tim a call and ask to have a free session with him and his crew. If you are looking to make your game, whatever that may be, better, this is definitely the place to go!!

I truly loved my time there over the last couple of years. Starting over at a new gym/location can feel a smidge awkward (with any change), but the transition has been way smoother than I expected and everyone at Nocatee has been super welcoming from the start. The gym is always bright & cheery, clean, the classes push you in the best way, and the community atmosphere is still very much there. I've really loved getting to know the new trainers and new work out crew. It already feels familiar walking in, which was the best surprise given it's my first week. Very grateful to still have a place that keeps me motivated and makes showing up feel so easy. The crew lifts pretty heavy here which is amazing motivation to reset my personal goals and raise the bar. Cheers to a new start! If you are looking for a new gym to try, or have the class pass app, I welcome you to book a class at Nocatee Titanup. As a newbie myself, I'm quite pleased. If you've never been to a titanup fitness location before, your first week is free. Book a class through the mindbody app & you are all set. @hey9oh4

The man that helped me out with my demo was super enthusiastic and pumped to tell me all about Body20. Basically, it is a suit you put on with different points all over your body that provide electrical contractions while you work out a simple routine. There are no weights involved, only your body and the suit. When he turned on the suit and raised the pressure, it was a vibration, almost an electrical current pulsing on my arms, since we were focusing on an arm routine. You have 8 seconds on, 8 seconds off, and the whole routine lasts about 20 minutes, alternating between biceps, triceps, and laterals. It seemed pretty easy to me, but afterwards my arms felt sore like I had worked out at the gym! The pricing for the popular package is around $225/month with no monthly contract, or you can do a monthly contract. Right now if you invite four people to join, your membership fee gets waived. Their new space is going to be opening next to Salsas, and they are excited to offer an alternative option to the gym in the area.
