Christina and Ben are fantastic trainers that take the time to make sure your form is right and push you to get stronger. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any fitness level. They will individualize the workout for what is needed. I love that there is a trial week option to check it out. I have been here for a year, and everyone who does the trial ends up signing up for a membership. It is tough but very rewarding - I see results in my body and feel stronger with each workout.

I love the people, the trainers, and the workouts, it is seriously like a family! The CUT by Capstone program helped transform my body to something I didn't think was possible. They taught me one way of healthy eating, which made a huge difference in the way I look and feel. Capstone trainers take the time to show you the proper form and technique and they push you to higher limits! Christina helped prepare me for my first Bikini competition and I can't thank her enough! Her knowledge and patience were critical during my competition prep. This gym is by far the best out there! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to transform their body and take it to the next level!

I began working with her 2 months ago. She comes to my house 2 days a week and works me thoroughly, but also stretches me out at the end. I dread the days she comes, but look forward to how great I feel afterward. And I've lost almost 10 pounds. More that all that, though, I was in constant pain before I started working with her, and I rarely have pain now. For many months, I'd been struggling with chronic lower back pain. I was getting chiropractic…read moreadjustments, doing rehab, and finally had to get a cortisone shot to put the constant pain at ease for a moment. It was the one thing I was trying to avoid, as I do my best to heal naturally and without meds when I'm hurt. I told myself that I would do it anyways with the intention of going back to a gym after the shot and strengthening my core so I can avoid this pain even after the shot wears off. I needed guidance, though. I have learned from the many years of doing any kind of exercise on a solo basis wasn't doing the job. Either I wasn't motivated enough to push myself hard enough or I wasn't aware of the bad form I was using or I was just doing exercises that would exacerbate my back and knee issues. I did a lot of research, as I do, and thankfully found this gem (get it?) Colin got in touch with me and I mentioned my health concerns ad nauseum. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that I could do this program while also preventing future injuries. The first week was rough. I thought I was still somewhat fit, but was slapped in the face with reality. I was determined at age 39 to get in better shape so that I avoided my back issues in the future. That first month took a lot mentally and physically, but the coaches were there the whole way to help when I had questions or concerns with any particular exercise. They alternate metabolic and strength training days from Mon-Sat and have several classes each day. The classes are going to involve a lot of body weight training combined with some free weights. You will be active 95-100% of the 45 minute class. They stress, constantly, the importance of using correct form which is an absolute must in keeping your joints protected. Fast forward nearly 7 months and I'm absolutely sure that I made the right choice here. Owners/Coaches Colin and Adam are exceptionally committed to their community and to your health. They check on you outside of the class and provide helpful tips in whatever you might be struggling with. Part-time Coaches Jillian and Brian are pretty amazing as well. You won't be disappointed with the people here. My previous constant back pain is gone and I'm feeling stronger every month. I could not recommend this place enough and I look forward to further growth as I continue my journey with TFW.

I ate terribly and felt miserable all the time. I was a pre-diabetic. My blood pressure was elevated. I knew I needed change. Then I met Coach Adam, Colin and Jake. Coach Adam sat down with me and we went through nutrition, eating habits, goal plan & more. I was nearly 26% body fat. The first week was tough. The practices are meant to push you. The coaches encouraged me to go further while helping me know my limits. 6 months later I can say I never expected to be where I am today. I've had to buy all new clothes. I'm eating better than ever before. I'm NO LONGER Pre-Diabetic and my blood pressure is normal. I have dropped 61 pounds while gaining muscle weight and dropping fat. After the recent closing of the Gate Parkway Titanup location, (due to unforeseen landlord…read morerestrictions) I was honestly nervous about switching to the Nocatee Titanup Fitness because the Gate Pkwy crew really felt like home. I truly loved my time there over the last couple of years. Starting over at a new gym/location can feel a smidge awkward (with any change), but the transition has been way smoother than I expected and everyone at Nocatee has been super welcoming from the start. The gym is always bright & cheery, clean, the classes push you in the best way, and the community atmosphere is still very much there. I've really loved getting to know the new trainers and new work out crew. It already feels familiar walking in, which was the best surprise given it's my first week. Very grateful to still have a place that keeps me motivated and makes showing up feel so easy. The crew lifts pretty heavy here which is amazing motivation to reset my personal goals and raise the bar. Cheers to a new start! I had my son with me who only moments ago had been discussing fitness improvements to boost his rugby performance over the off-season. Hmmmnnn...how ironic we would run into Tim only minutes later. Invictus has an incredible sports training program centralized on an individual's needs. Want speed? Tim has a program and trainer to boost your speed. Want more endurance? The program described to my son and I seemed like a phenomenal solution. Want to build muscle mass? Tim explained they have nutrition class to accompany that program as well. Want to lose weight? Trust me, by what I witness in their facility, there is no way not to do so. Each person gets a specific program based on their very specific needs at Invictus. And let me tell you Tim and his staff are incredibly passionate about their educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement these programs in the right way. Currently, Invictus is training a local La Crosse and basketball team. I am truly impressed with not only Tim and his fellow instructors, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff! She uses different modalities besides massage including cupping, dry needling, whatever she feels will get to the root of your issue. She also gives you exercises to do at home. Registration was easy and could be done completely online, which makes check-in easy when you're in a rush and only have 30 minutes to workout. Their location is in a larger building tucked away and off of Phillips Highway, so convenient for those that live in Nocatee or off of 210. There was a group of people there for the promo class. The owners David and Lauren went over the Physwell model, which is an interesting and new concept, where they have physical therapists in their gym. Their main focus is to try and prevent injuries, so they have you warm up doing movements and stretches that will help mitigate those injuries. In addition to having a lunch time workout, they also have morning and evening classes. They went through the stations we'd be doing, and breaking us up into groups, every minute we moved to a different station, five stations total and we did this circuit three times. I consider myself in good shape. I like working out and run five times a week, but this workout made me feel pretty out of shape, leading me to believe I really need to do more HIT training. This thirty minute workout was perfect for those that are trying to squeeze in a workout and definitely worked my muscles. They were also providing a promotion that if you sign up for a membership they'll waive the enrollment. Pros: -30 minute workout, easy to fit in your schedule -Facility was large and clean -Able to modify workouts for all fitness levels -I like that they focus on injury prevention Cons: -Prices appear to be higher than normal gym memberships. Tips: See if you can try a class before buying a membership
