Of the four Leader Therapy is best. In addition to their experience and knowledge they are also relational. They listen, take time to process what they hear and apply it to my treatment. Some others like many medical practitioners today have an assembly line approach. You feel rushed if you don't finish an exercise in time. While they are talking to you you can sense them mentally trying to stay on schedule to get their quota for the day. Once I almost fell when another patient stepped backward off a platform onto my foot as I walked by because the equipment was too close together and too many patient were crowded into the space. The pace at Leader Therapy is relaxed but still efficient. I can see more progress every visit and I feel patient progress is their primary purpose.

I managed to make Iden, and the interns laugh more than they expected; I need laughter, otherwise, exercising becomes stale. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and always keeping an eye to ensure I did not fall over doing balance exercise/s. I walked in with a stiff knee joint, to walk out after 3 months with minor knee stiffness. Iden's recommendation for at home therapy included a plan that will enable me to continue my progression and leaving me with a sense of accomplishment towards my betterment. Isha managed the check-ins, appointments, and general needs of the location, and was very friendly and courteous (in person and over the phone). The facility was clean; there was always someone ensuring pillow covers were changed and tables wiped down after a client finished. The location in Frisco is close to Stonebriar Mall and SRT 121, making it convenient, with ample parking spaces. They recently opened a new location in Dallas near the High 5 interchanges of Hwy 75. I cannot provide more comments on this location, as I have not been there. Bottom Line: This facility is SPOT ON!

Frank was able to find deficiencies in movement I wasn't aware of. We worked the issues with manipulation, strength and flexability training with all the best equipment in the office. Frank appears to be a little OCD about cleanliness and I appreciate this quirk. At the end of each session we finished with a massage and the feel good machine. I was able to avoid surgery because of the work we did. Frank gave me the best advice to purchase splints to wear at night. The splints keep me from sleeping with my hands and wrists in unhealthy positions. It has changed my life by raising my sleep score by 30pts daily. My advice is, at the least, try whatever Frank tells you to do. It will benefit you immensely.

After some number of visits with a different therapy provider, we felt a change in therapy providers was necessary. Enter ReBalance. Milo has been incredible at helping My Wife to get both the injury and her balance on a good road to recovery. His knowledge and his bedside manner as he deals with My Wife (70 years old) speaks volumes as he works with her to design both a stretch and exercise regimen that deals with her discomfort. The dry needling performed works to help the pain lessen. The lounge chair following her therapy helps to restore her energy to go about doing what she feels she needs to do during the day. Justin runs the front office and is superb at working with each patient to see that paperwork is handled and that efforts behind the scene are addressed with no disruption to the healing practice.
