I started at the McKinney location off of…read moreUniversity and am now attending the Melissa location, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Arthur and the entire staff are incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, they take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported during every visit. Arthur is especially outstanding--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. You can truly tell he wants the best outcome for his patients, and that level of dedication makes such a difference. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating a positive and encouraging environment that actually makes physical therapy something to look forward to. I am extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness they show every patient. If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic where you're treated like a person--not just an appointment--I highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy in McKinney (University) and Melissa.

I GRADUATED TODAY!! I cannot thank you, Zoie at Vista…read morePhysical Therapy enough for guiding me through my recovery after my total knee replacements on March 17, 2025 and April 13, 2026. When I first started, I honestly didn't think I would get my mobility and strength back, but your constant encouragement, patience, and expert guidance made all the difference. You didn't just heal my body; you restored my hope when I was struggling the most. Because of your hard work, I can't wait to get back to doing the activities I love so much without pain. I am so grateful for everything you've done for me! Thank you for celebrating every tiny milestone with me! Jocelyn

I wish I could give Vista PT 5 stars. Truly. And as for my physical therapist, Zoey, she earned…read moreherself 10 stars! However, there is a big problem with Vista PT in Mckinney. After submitting my referral from my surgeon as well as all of my insurance documents, including an email containing a screenshot that my deductible had already been 100% met as requested by Vista. I was told by reception/billing that my copay for each visit would be $21. Great! I booked twice weekly appointments and began my healing! Each visit I paid my $21 prior to each appointment. Imagine my surprise when suddenly I received a bill for almost $600 in the snail mail. I have worked tirelessly with Vista's billing department (out of state BTW) in conjunction with my insurance (upwards of a total of 8-10 separate phone calls) to no avail. Naturally, I have halted my PT and am simply left to continue the exercises I already was assigned and utilizing online resources to try to remedy my issues post 2 surgeries. Vista claims this is not their issue and the bill must be paid instead of working to correct the issue. I am now left to pay over $600 for a total of 11 visits with Vista PT. Just not right and unethical IMHO. Just be aware this may happen regardless of what the office may tell you upfront regarding billing prior to your first appointment. Very disappointed.

I like that the office is beautiful, light and airy. I also appreciate that the staff provides education for what to do at home to see improvements. My health insurance covers 20 sessions of PT per year, so I'm glad I took advantage of coming here when needed.

The interaction left me so distressed that I had a panic attack right after leaving the clinic. During my consultation, the therapist recommended starting a 4-6 week treatment plan and knew that I would be leaving the state after October. However, when I went to schedule, the front desk told me the first available appointment was October 28, five weeks away. We simply asked to briefly clarify this obvious miscommunication with the therapist. Instead of helping, the front desk staff became rude and confrontational, accused us of being "disrespectful" to another patient, and refused to let us speak with the therapist. We had no intention of interrupting anyone--we were simply trying to clarify what we had just been told during my consultation. This is especially unacceptable for a pelvic floor clinic serving postpartum women, who may already be physically and emotionally vulnerable or experiencing postpartum depression. Compassion, patience, and respectful communication should be the bare minimum. If you are postpartum and looking for a supportive environment where you can focus on your recovery and well-being, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. No one seeking postpartum care should leave feeling worse than when they walked in.

First with family and once I became an adult, on my own working the physical hard jobs along the way. Finally a partial leg amputation, which was included with a complete new hip on one side, and a complete lumbar reconstruct, I really felt that my active & traveling life was over. I had trouble just trying to stand and when I did I could only manage a few minutes at a time. Getting out of bed was an extreme chore. I couldn't even sit long as it was just as uncomfortable in most instances. I slept very little because of much pain. i don't use synthetic drugs, so just imagine what kind of pain I had. This was after all two major surgeries to under go after 60. Someone recommended Physical Therapy of Melissa to me as it was sure that I would need it. From the start they took great care of me. Much respect to Dr. Cole and Rebecca, Natalia and Jules(nickname) up front. She's a doll in every good sense of the word. I was so depressed before going there. They were so expert and professional. They masterfully motivated me where no one else was able to. I got my life back because of it. It took some hard work on my part. I became determined not to let life just leave me in the dust because they showed me at PT of Melissa that I still had some fight left in me. My sincerest thanks to them all. You're all the greatest.
