It is very concerning to see how much instability this facility has gone through, from multiple…read moreDirectors of Nursing (DONs) to the constant turnover of Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs). In my opinion, the facility has lost some of its strongest and most dedicated staff during these changes. Currently, many employees feel like they are walking on eggshells due to ongoing threats from administration regarding job security. This has created a stressful and uncomfortable work environment rather than one that supports staff and patient care. Additionally, there are serious concerns regarding the conduct of Nakia, the Housekeeping Supervisor. There have been repeated reports of bullying, harassment, gossip, and unprofessional behavior. This includes actively seeking out issues to report, misrepresenting situations, and contributing to employees losing their jobs. Several staff members have reportedly left due to these ongoing issues. It is also deeply troubling that these concerns appear to be overlooked or dismissed by leadership, particularly by Brett. This raises questions about accountability and fairness within the organization. Furthermore, there are allegations that incidents of sexual harassment have not been appropriately addressed and have instead been ignored or minimized. This is unacceptable and contributes to what many would consider a hostile work environment. Overall, the current culture within the facility feels unsafe, unsupported, and unprofessional. These issues need to be taken seriously and addressed immediately to protect staff and ensure a healthy workplace.
