I went t these folks a couple of years ago for my knee replacement therapy. They were fantastic! I was recently diagnosed an I am having Problems with balance and my walking. Falling is getting to be a big deal as I get older..it hurts more! I was lucky enough to find Taylor again at The Sunnyvale office to help me out again. I had no idea that she would be so knowledgeable in this area. I can't tell you what a relief it is to find someone with the knowledge and understanding of the problems that this young lady has. My son Connor went here for an Achilles tendon problem for nearly a year before his surgeries and for months afterwards with very little results! We paid out of pocket for much of it! They only worked on his feet and his gait was terrible! Now he has a wonderful physical therapist who is working on his knees and leg muscles to fix his gait and in a short time she's done wonders! Why would they not know how to fix his gait??? That should be their specialty and if it wasn't they should have sent us somewhere else instead of keeping us there for a year and a half taking our $$$. read more

When I contacted the physical therapy office, I explained that I needed someone experience and osteoporosis. I was assigned Christian as my physical therapist. About six weeks into physical therapy I learned that not only Christian not have osteoporosis background. He had no idea how to treat someone with osteoporosis, he said he would do research and he was determined to have me feeling better. But the exercises we did were not consistent and some days I would leave there not even be able to walk to my car. I decided not to go back anymore when I seem to be getting worse. No one from the physical therapy office ever contacted me not Christian or the owner to ask me why I was not coming back. Very unprofessional. If they could've assigned me someone that did have some experience with osteoporosis. I would've given them a try. I recommend that if you are assigned a physical therapist, you interview them and make sure that they can treat your problem because Christian couldn't. I will say Christian is a very nice guy and I got along with him on a personal level but he was not skilled in the therapy I needed. An owner or manager should have evaluated that. read more

I can not put into words how thankful I am for the therapists at Precision Sports. I had impinged IT bands on both sides, bursitis, and runners knee. I had a hard time walking and riding long distances in the car due to pain in my hips. After 7 weeks of working with Eric twice a week with the addition of a couple of dry needling sessions (performed also by Eric), I'm back to running multiple times a week with NO pain. Not only did I get the results I wanted, but I truly enjoyed my time during therapy. Tyler does an impeccable job at the front desk and everyone there always had positive attitudes and genuinely cared about the patients. Where can I start! I would first like to thank Brittany, Eric, Jacob, and Tylar. They have been nothing but helpful to me even when my insurance wasn't! I was involved in a car accident and suffered a Distal radius OIRF with a TFCC, commonly known as a broken wrist. I was unable to move my fingers and wrist for two months. After several sessions, no significant improvement and my surgeon order me to discontinue. Went to this location for proximity to home. Wouldn't recommend. The therapist/owner was very close to my face during sessions and had horrible breathe. He was awkward making the experience uncomfortable. They schedule multiple people at once so I never had 100% of the therapists attention and felt rushed. One star because they do make you aware of this. read more

Vigorous exercise 4 days a week and hours of yard work each week have been my practice for nearly 40 years. I have experienced headaches and troubles with hip flexor pain for over ten years. Visits to several doctors over the years usually resulted in a handout with some exercises to do and a prescription for some pills. I had given up on being able to find long-term relief and thought I was just going to have to live with the pain until my doctor suggested physical therapy last year. She sent me to Precision. Eric and his team of therapists have done amazing things for me. I finished two courses of therapy: one for headaches and one for the hip flexor. The pain is not totally gone but it is so much less and far more infrequent than it was before. All of the therapists are fantastic! They are friendly, caring, and genuinely concerned about helping each patient. The therapy is not always easy but if you are willing to do the work, you will have good results. read more
