I normally don't leave reviews, EVER BUT, I just had to say something about this place as I would highly recommend choosing McVay! I've been to a few other physical therapy spots but this one by far is amazing. Miller and Chasity are really informative and open to all questions, they not only care about the patient during sessions but give you advice and guides to do at home. They have made my acl pre hab and recovery journey so much easier and have really made me feel confident about getting back to soccer and the gym. Its a hassle to be physically injured & the mental effect is even greater of a challenge. With the help of both Miller & Chasity, I was able to put mind over matter & overcome the challenges that accompanied a torn ACL. In the midst of rigorous therapeutic work outs, I was able to engage in stimulating conversations and even tune in to an informative video. Both Miller & Chasity cared for me with the right amount of delicacy and tough-love that enabled me to feel comfortable. Within 3 months post-surgery, I was able to walk again! I have received bi-weekly physical therapy from Dr. McVay for two months now to suppress the loss of any more cartilage on my right knee and also exercise the "good" left knee so it does not reach the stage of my right. I would say that Dr. McVay and his appropriate exercises have certainly done its magic. I only wish I had started with his Therapy and Wellness Clinic three years ago when my knee started acting up. Supplementing his knee exercises at home have brought my life back to what it was ..... walking without a limp, hiking, walking my dog, and just being able to bend my knee. Tore my calf muscle on a Tuesday and Chasity went above and beyond to accommodate and have me in right away the next day. Dr. Miller McVay was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable and professional. I had 2 visits and by the end of my second visit I was able to gain full mobility of my leg and return to work without missing a beat. Update: After finishing PT, I can do almost everything I could before...and it's been about 2.5 months. That's an astonishingly short amount of time for the procedure I was rehabilitating from. A large part of that credit goes to Miller. I would go back to just to catch up with them now and then. They really are that cool. So yeah, go here.
