Look - if you need immediate care, why go to this place? NMH immediate care is far better and only 3 miles away, on Willow and Patriot in Glenview. Plus, this place forces you to sign something that says in small print that they will auto-charge your credit card the amount insurance won't pay, and they never send a bill! Never! The only notice they send says THIS IS NOT A BILL. These guys are dishonest!!!! NMH is 5 times better!! read more

went there for a DOT physical. Jerked around from go. After waiting 4 days for the drug screen, went to pick it up. After waiting for 30 min, was told they could not produce it, come back in 2 days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. avoid at ALL costs!! read more

Very nice staff. Dr. Dahl, was very thorough and knowledgeable, gave good basic advice on my health issue. Was in and out a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility. read more

Working in healthcare myself, I am a tough critic of the care my family and I receive. When I came down with a combined sinus/ear/upper respiratory infection that wasn't intense enough for the ER but urgent enough to seek immediate care. Another IMCC that I usually go to was packed, so I tried Physicians Immediate Care. The experience was very good. Short wait time, thorough care and diagnosis and good treatment. Next time I'll head here first! read more

My experience with the doctor was good the only thing I didnt Like is the way the receptionist treated me she very rude and unprofessional even one of the nurse came out to help the receptionist but was just rude too,,,it's really bad that the doctors are good but not your customer services. read more

I had a great visit with very sweet and knowledgeable staff. They explained everything and took care of my issue as painlessly as possible. The facility couldn't have been cleaner! read more

Very professional and efficient service. Thanks.  Cerumen Impaction. Not an emergency, but urgent care needed.  Dr Rojas solved the problem, fast and easy, and clearly explained the process. And the assistant, Anna, was very helpful too.  I'd highly recommend your services. Thanks again. read more

Absolutely, most pathetic gathering and a sorry excuse for "so called immediate help professionals". On 6/10/17 at approximately 12 pm, I was turned away from obtaining immediate help on my fractured and dislocated finger. The reason: there was an unpaid balance of $14.00 from approximately a year ago. I had no way to take care of the payment as I was coming from a workout and just had my car keys with me. Almost fainting from pain, I pleaded with the nurses and doctors to help me, all to no avail... I'm sure legal action for refusing treatment to an injured person would have served them right, but I did not want to waste my time with such a horrible group of unprofessionals. However, its never too late I'm being told. read more

I made an appointment on the website which said no need to wait! When I arrived, I was shocked to find out the website is incredibly misleading as I had to wait in line as if I just walked in off the street. Receptionist was polite and apologetic, but bait and switch was infuriating. Total time: 3 hours and 30 min. read more

Sent here for tests for new job.....very long wait times!!! Not convenient or better than any other walk in clinic. You'll spend at least a couple hours waiting. read more

Terrible service. Waited for over an hour for a drug screening. When asked why there was such a long delay I was told it was due to my registration. Minimal to no registration is needed and the waiting room is empty. read more

This is the worst immediate care clinic I've ever been to. I went in because my throat was swollen, I had a fever & felt achey. The nurse that took my vitals (didn't get her name because she never introduced herself) was so rude & unwelcoming I felt like I was bothering her to be there. No hi, how are you? No smile, no feel better. If you hate your job so much then I would suggest getting a new one but to make patients feel so unwelcome when they're already feeling sick isn't right. Anyways she did a strep test on me & then dr ballinger came in the room. He informed me the strep test was negative & would be sent out to get checked again but didn't try to figure out what the problem could be. Never checked me for the flu, mono, nothing. Oh but he did look in my ears & when I flinched from the pain on my right ear he said "does that hurt?" I replied "yes, I've never noticed that." & then he just walked away. Huh??? You would think he would look further into it to see if maybe that has something to do with it. I feel like the only throat related illness he knew was strep & since it didn't end up being that he was stuck & had no idea what else it could've been. Basically I walked out of there feeling exactly the same, with no prescription & feeling like I wasted my time even going there in the first place since I got absolutely no answers. Dr ballinger did offer to write me a prescription for antibiotics but why would i take them when he can't even tell me what my illness is in the first place?? I'm not for just taking unneeded meds especially when I wasn't even diagnosed in the first place. Avoid this place at all costs & go to the advocate location in Glenview (Lake & Waukegan) where their staff is kind & actually knows what they're talking about. read more

It was all good with the visit until they couldn't figure out how to use the billing system so I left them my credit card information which they forgot to charge. I went on active duty for the US Army only to find out that they had marked the account as delinquent when a friend went to check my mail. Just the kind of crap you expect from a for profit medical company. Still trying to get in contact with them to figure it out. read more

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I came straight from the airport after landing and barely made it in the door at 8:00 p.m., closing time. The receptionist was sweet. The nurse was kind and concerned. The doctor took a lot of time with me. It turns out I had pink eye in both eyes. They gave me the most recent medicine on the market - that is much better than the old eye drops and they followed up two days later to see how I was feeling! read more

Recently I came down with a nasty cold and cough and because I do not have a primary physician here in the city, I went here to get checked out. On this particular day the office was very busy so I was 4th in line to be seen but it only took 45 minutes to be seen. The office is clean and the staff is very warm, inviting, and patient. They were also very clear how many patients were ahead of you and how much longer it would take. Once I got in to see the doctor, they did a thorough check-up (chest x-rays, etc.) and I didn't feel rushed. The doctor answered all my questions too. I would definitely recommend going here if you're sick and need to be seen right away! read more

I do not like the practice of giving your credit card- or you will not be treated. Under duress I provided my credit card- but wrote in BIG BOLD LETTERS NOT to charge my credit card since my ex-husband is responsible for my son's medical bills. Not only was my card charged...but CHARGED TWICE!!!! No email from the company...no phone call....no bill came in the mail. I will NEVER visit this place again if this practice continues. read more

Went to Physicians Immediate Care for the first time today. The service was fast and friendly. I filled out my medical history form, and I got called about 5 to 10 minutes later by the nurse Irma, who was great she was friendly and polite. She handled me with care and answered all my questions. Dr. Dahl was awesome and was very helpful. read more

let me first start out by saying when I go to see a doctor I want to see a doctor and not a doctors assistant, but that's who that had working the day I went here. I had a bad cough that was not going away and I took my wife to see her doctor near by, but my doctor is in the loop so I chose to stop in here. I was miss diagnosed with Pneumonia in both lungs and given prescriptions for a slew of medications. When I got home I called my doctor to find out that if I had pneumonia in both lungs could I still fly on an airplane. He stated it was very rare to have pneumonia in both lungs and wanted to see me the next day. When I went to see him and had x-rays from him, he said I did not have pneumonia at all just a bad cough. I was billed from physicians Immediate care center and my insurance paid their amount but I have been trying to refute the amount I owe for almost a year and can't even get a call back from the department that handles this. What a bad experience. I will never go to Physicians again. read more

I was glad to be able to see nurse and the doctor but I had to wait a long time for the Doctor to see me...

Dr. Rojas is the best!!! She made sure she got my results and got back to me as soon as she could. If she went into private practice, I would definitely make her my primary care physician. read more

I've been to this location three times in the past two years, once for ear issues, and once for a broken toe. The third, with my fiancé. The staff is friendly and down to earth, the place is clean, and usually not a wait, or 30 minutes, tops. They are very thorough with diagnosis and treatment. I would much prefer to come here vs sit in an ER, or get in with a random Dr. That I know nothing about. I highly suggest to anyone who needs basic care, to come here. Much better experience than I've ever had going to any other urgent care facility, like Walgreens or CVS for a minor issue. read more

I came in here for a walk in visit and it was very pleasant. I found the entire staff to be kind and helpful. I was also very impressed by how clean the office and patient rooms were! I will definitely recommend them to my friends. read more

First visit. Am from Florida. Staff was quite courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!
