(they try) these reviews saying the gym is clean are clear lies.. Staff is unhelpful and usually on their phones.. they can't help you with your account and feed you excuses/lies. Go through ABC billing directly do not bother getting help from the managers. The woman's bathroom has been leaking for years and undesirable to even use, couldn't pay me to use the moldy shower. A constant puddle is outside the woman's bathroom doorway for awhile now it's a safety hazard yet they don't care. They are charging over $50 month and thats not justified for a poorly maintained and dirty gym. This gym it's really gone downhill and they are constantly changing unhelpful staff for the next rude and unprofessional ones. Especially Gio the manager... hes awful and it was an awful experience since he arrived a wee 2 months ago.. go elsewhere there's plenty of better places in Chatsworth .. ZERO need for management to reply this review is for CUSTOMERS

This gym is just conveniently located across the street and far exceeded my expectations. I've been to several gyms throughout SoCal, Vegas, and Phoenix, and found that this was definitely comparable to the nicer gyms I have been to. There are 6 squat racks on the right side of the gym but it's interesting because the barbells are by Escape, but they have a hammer strength rack, and American fitness plates. Lol. There are also 8 more squat racks in the back of the gym!!! So... there is plenty of equipment. They have a variety of machines here owned by booty builder which I had never heard of before but easily got the hang of once I finally located the instructions per machine. I had never in my life done a standing hip abductor but it seemed fun and definitely felt more helpful than the seated ones. They have one seated hip thrust that's so difficult to work with and 2 standing hip thrust machines that... don't really seem helpful, but they're there. For the rest of the gym, a couple things I also liked: - spa recovery room with 4 massage chairs and TVs - separate fitness room for platinum members - TRX section and turf area - boxing area with punching bags - very clean bathrooms with steam and sauna rooms already inside (so they're same sex if that matters to you) - self-running Assault treadmills (my fave treadmills) - ski machines - filtered water stations Now even though I visited around 4 PM on a Sunday, I imagine it was pretty busy because it's January so people are kickstarting their fitness regimen. Only time will tell how it holds up during peak hours but so far, I have no complaints and look forward to my future visits here. (4/50--2025)

This review is a…read morelittle delayed because the situation happened back in May, and I was honestly too upset at the time to write about it. So here's my complaint in a nutshell: I reached out on May 25th to cancel my business membership before the next billing. Manny, the general manager at Crunch Northridge, never mentioned a 10-day cancellation policy. On May 26th, he told me I would not be charged the $150 membership fee. However, on May 27th, the charge went through anyway. What upset me even more was feeling like I had been misled and lied to just so he could reach his quota. After the $150 charge had already gone through, he signed me up for a personal membership instead of addressing what had happened with the business membership. When I confronted him about the charge, that was when he referred back to the cancellation policy, even though that policy had never been explained to me when I originally asked to cancel. The $150 business membership was also supposed to include promotion for my business, including having my business logo displayed on the gym TV screens and promotion through social media across California locations. None of that happened. My business logo never appeared on any screens, and I never saw the promotion I was told I would receive. In practice, I also found that gym members were there to work out, not necessarily to engage with or purchase from the businesses being promoted, so the membership did not provide the value I expected. For $150, I expected honesty, transparency, follow-through, and respect as a customer. Instead, I walked away feeling misled and disappointed with how the situation was handled. I encourage anyone considering a business membership to carefully review exactly what is included, ask for proof of how and where your business will be promoted, and make sure you fully understand the cancellation terms before signing up. I hope Crunch improves its transparency and communication so future business customers have a better experience.

I normally don't write reviews, but after reading the one accusing Cisco and the front desk staff,…read moreI genuinely felt compelled to share what I witnessed because I happened to be at the gym during this entire situation. I've been coming to this EōS for several months now, and one of the reasons I continue coming back is because the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every time I check in, I'm greeted with a smile, and I've never had a negative experience. That's why the review I just read honestly surprised me. From what I saw, the husband came in with his wife and wanted to bring her in as a guest. The employee at the front desk politely explained that his current membership didn't include guest privileges. There wasn't any attitude or confrontation whatsoever. The employee calmly explained the options, answered the member's questions, and even helped him upgrade his membership right there. Everything seemed completely normal, and the husband didn't appear upset at that point. After they entered the club, I noticed the husband walk back toward the front and then leave the building while his wife continued working out. A short time later, one of the employees politely reminded him that guests have to remain with the primary member and that if he was leaving the building, his guest couldn't stay inside by herself. Again, there was no yelling, no disrespect, and no scene. It was simply an employee enforcing what sounded like a standard guest policy. What the review leaves out is that the staff didn't immediately stop the wife from working out or force her out of the gym. They actually waited several minutes before saying anything else, clearly giving the husband an opportunity to return. Even after waiting, they approached her respectfully and simply asked her to wait in the lobby until her husband came back. She wasn't escorted out of the building, embarrassed in front of everyone, or "kicked out" like the review claims. She was asked to wait in the lobby because the primary member had left. The husband didn't come back for quite a while. When he finally returned, that's when the situation escalated but from what I witnessed, it wasn't because of the employees. He immediately started calling Cisco names, accusing him of being a scammer, and saying he had kicked his wife out, even though that's not what I had just watched happen. Throughout the entire interaction, Cisco remained calm, professional, and continued trying to explain the policy instead of arguing back. I think people sometimes forget that front desk employees don't create company policies they're simply responsible for enforcing them fairly for everyone. If staff start making exceptions for one person, then everyone expects an exception. Whether someone agrees with a policy or not isn't really the employee's fault. I've been a member here long enough to know this staff genuinely cares about the members. They're always respectful, helpful, and willing to answer questions. In my experience, people usually only take the time to leave reviews when they're upset, and sometimes those reviews don't tell the entire story. After witnessing this firsthand, I can honestly say the review blaming Cisco does not accurately reflect what happened. I wasn't planning on ever writing a review, but seeing someone publicly criticize an employee who was simply doing his job the right way didn't sit well with me. Cisco handled the situation professionally from beginning to end, and I hope management recognizes that not everyone who was there saw the incident the way that previous review describes. I believe the other employees name is Kaiya ! Shout out to her as well for her deescalation skills

I had every intention of checking out this EOS location and potentially becoming a member, but my…read moreexperience at the front desk completely changed my mind. I downloaded the free one-week pass and, unfortunately, had to leave on a work trip before I could use it. I returned exactly one week later and stopped by, believing I would still be able to use the pass since I had never actually visited an EOS gym before. Instead of working with me or showing any flexibility, the supervisor, Cisco, immediately insisted that I would need to purchase a $40 day pass. When I explained that I had been out of state on business and had never used the guest pass, he claimed the computer showed that I had visited another EOS location. That was impossible, as I was in Mississippi on the date he referenced. What was most disappointing wasn't the pass issue itself--it was the way the situation was handled. There was no attempt to understand the circumstances, verify the information, or find a reasonable solution for a potential new customer. The conversation escalated to the point where Cisco stated that he was "denying me service" rather than trying to resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. A gym that values customer service should be willing to listen, investigate obvious discrepancies, and treat prospective members with respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Needless to say, I won't be paying for a membership here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
