There is one guest who repeatedly occupies 2-3 spaces for herself, leaving very little room for others. Unfortunately, it seems that no one is willing to address the issue or ask her to stay within her designated space. The manager has a responsibility to help maintain a safe and fair environment inside the gym. When someone is taking up multiple spaces and affecting other members, management should step in and address it. If she prefers having more space or a roomier area for herself, she can take the back row where she can have more room for herself without compromising the safety and space of other members. There are reasonable ways to accommodate everyone without allowing one person to take over multiple spaces. I hope the gym takes this concern very seriously and ensures that everyone has equal space and feels safe and respected during class.

I've been going to this Crunch location for a while, and one issue that has been extremely…read morefrustrating is the condition of the ceiling fans and the lack of proper airflow throughout the gym. A few months ago, I actually contacted management directly about this issue. Several of the ceiling fans either don't work at all or simply aren't turned on most of the time. Usually, only a few of them are actually running, and the ones that do work are extremely dusty. They've collected so much dust that you can barely even feel any air coming from them. When you're working out and the gym is already warm, having so little air circulation makes the gym feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during a hard workout. It's frustrating to look up and see multiple fans not running while the few that are running are covered in dust and barely making a difference. Management responded to my original complaint and told me they would look into the issue and get it taken care of. Unfortunately, months later, the problem still hasn't been properly addressed. I understand that equipment and maintenance issues happen, but what's disappointing is that I took the time to bring this to management's attention, received a response saying it would be looked into, and then nothing really changed. The ceiling fans should be regularly cleaned, maintained, and actually turned on, especially in a gym where people are exercising and need proper air circulation. I really hope management finally takes this seriously and addresses the problem. Members are paying to work out here, and having a clean, comfortable gym with adequate airflow shouldn't be too much to ask.

We locked in our sleep and recovery, our nutrition down to every vitamin and mineral, and we decided Revision would be where we lock in our fitness with a personal trainer. This was the best decision we could have made. We started with Heather, a certified physical therapist, who walked us through the first few weeks, ensuring we were ready for the training ahead. Thanks to her careful attention to my previous injuries, and ensuring we understood the basics of mobility, we transitioned to Gabe, who we've been working with since March 2026 an average of 4x per week. Gabe's a fitness nerd, with a fantastic sense of humor, and a keen attunement to his client's needs, not just for the regiment to ensure progression, but in ensuring that he motivates us in the way that we would most likely respond to. His program was difficult yet sensible, achievable, and most importantly, motivating. Every movement was discussed in thorough detail with scientific evidence backing the form with reasoning. I appreciated this attention to detail, because my goal was to be informed. We needed to understand why we were doing an exercise a certain way, why we chose to start with this exercise vs that, his thought process on how he structured the workouts, so we would be successful one day planning and executing it ourselves. It's been 7 months since we started at Revision, and together we've lost 116 lbs, I've went from 30.3% body fat to 12%, we've increased our strength by multiples, and most importantly, have gained the confidence to walk into any gym and execute on our goals. My wife would murder me if I shared her results, let alone photos, sorry ladies, but she looks amazing and feels fantastic. Anyways, as we transition to working out on our own, we're going to leverage Gabe for 1x session per week over the next couple months to continue calibrating our execution and ensure we're set up for success. This has been an extraordinary experience. I don't say that lightly. Dusty, Carolyn, Heather, Kelsey, Jules, and Gabe all contributed to our experience, and we would like to thank them, wholeheartedly, for building an ideal environment for us to find continued success.

Tell me why I see them refilling the cleaning bottles with fabuloso. Not even the antibacterial fabuloso, just straight all purpose cleaner. Most gyms use virex or facilipro, because you need a cleaner that is actually going to CLEAN bacteria and prevent infection. I'm beyond disgusted and frustrated. Bathrooms are also cleaned with regular fabuloso. They now have gotten new equipment and reorganized and it makes 0 sense, there's no room, the machines and equipment is too compacted together, there's no flow. Barbell racks 1 inch away from ab machines so nobody can get to the barbells if someone's on a machine, or run the risk of hurting someone. The staff also does nothing to stop people from vaping INSIDE the gym. I watched a girl hit her vape multiple times, blowing clouds, on the STAIR CLIMBER right next to the front door, nobody said a word. This gym was good while it lasted :(

I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love. I have been indoor cycling for many many years and these classes are fun, engaging, challenging, and sweaty. The energy that both Jay and Natasha give is 100% . I have enjoyed both theit classes equally - you will not be disappointed. There are lockers to store your things and you are welcome to refill your water bottle/jug. FREE PARKING. Parking can be tricky at times in The Vineyard Plaza , but a spot will open up. Come and take a ride.
