We signed up for the Champ 60 class with Michael - a 60 minute workout with 5 rounds of boxing and 3 rounds of fitness (treadmill, weights, floor exercises). I haven't felt motivated to workout in months (and have never boxed before), but I couldn't wait to come back here as soon as I left. The community here is also wonderful. Such a great, supportive group of people. MICHAEL is an amazing instructor. And TENNILLE at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. Don't hesitate to check this place out - it's a true gem!

Some things that stood out to me were: *Solid programming that was fun and challenging. I got a solid workout every day, but it was also balanced so I didn't feel rundown. It also seems like the programming builds week to week with certain strength movements so it's not random workouts each day. *Really great coaching. The coaches explain the workouts thoroughly, warm up members effectively, give great cues and pay attention throughout the entire class, and scale the workouts to all abilities. No one is negative about what they can/can't do and you will not feel singled out at all for being a beginner and going light. *The community here is friendly, kind, and welcoming. They make an effort to plan events and bring their members together. *I personally really liked that they offered an area for the kids with a fully equipped tv with disney plus, hulu, etc as well as a couch, toys, table etc. It was awesome to bring my daughter with me too and she enjoyed herself. They also gave her an otter pop which was a really nice treat :)

Even tho he tries to talk respectfully but consider that respect is not giving my money back to me, zoo Culture I give only one star just so you don't let people like him to be working / or even exercising at your place! We trusted you, Culture ‍ so we gave money to the trainers Are there. That seems like This was a trap for me. I saw his videos online on Instagram. He's sharing your location and unfortunately he gives the wrong information. We came there because of the activities he does and every single time he post them on Instagram he promised me I'm gonna be feel good and he will train me right after I pay him and if I have any problems while exercising, I'm gonna stay away from them but guess what Kambiz Nick, became my worst nightmare he got about $650 from me and he's yet to pay me my refund and I wouldn't expect Zoo Culture let the person like that being active in there environment. He already tells me he has problems with your facility and yet post pictures on his Instagram from this place . I am just sending his picture so if you go there know that this Guy is definitely not a trainer you want to go to. I wish Zoo Culture ‍ had a better customer service. This is very sad.
