This gym is just conveniently located across the street and far exceeded my expectations. I've been to several gyms throughout SoCal, Vegas, and Phoenix, and found that this was definitely comparable to the nicer gyms I have been to. There are 6 squat racks on the right side of the gym but it's interesting because the barbells are by Escape, but they have a hammer strength rack, and American fitness plates. Lol. There are also 8 more squat racks in the back of the gym!!! So... there is plenty of equipment. They have a variety of machines here owned by booty builder which I had never heard of before but easily got the hang of once I finally located the instructions per machine. I had never in my life done a standing hip abductor but it seemed fun and definitely felt more helpful than the seated ones. They have one seated hip thrust that's so difficult to work with and 2 standing hip thrust machines that... don't really seem helpful, but they're there. For the rest of the gym, a couple things I also liked: - spa recovery room with 4 massage chairs and TVs - separate fitness room for platinum members - TRX section and turf area - boxing area with punching bags - very clean bathrooms with steam and sauna rooms already inside (so they're same sex if that matters to you) - self-running Assault treadmills (my fave treadmills) - ski machines - filtered water stations Now even though I visited around 4 PM on a Sunday, I imagine it was pretty busy because it's January so people are kickstarting their fitness regimen. Only time will tell how it holds up during peak hours but so far, I have no complaints and look forward to my future visits here. (4/50--2025)

I normally don't write reviews, but after reading the one accusing Cisco and the front desk staff,…read moreI genuinely felt compelled to share what I witnessed because I happened to be at the gym during this entire situation. I've been coming to this EōS for several months now, and one of the reasons I continue coming back is because the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every time I check in, I'm greeted with a smile, and I've never had a negative experience. That's why the review I just read honestly surprised me. From what I saw, the husband came in with his wife and wanted to bring her in as a guest. The employee at the front desk politely explained that his current membership didn't include guest privileges. There wasn't any attitude or confrontation whatsoever. The employee calmly explained the options, answered the member's questions, and even helped him upgrade his membership right there. Everything seemed completely normal, and the husband didn't appear upset at that point. After they entered the club, I noticed the husband walk back toward the front and then leave the building while his wife continued working out. A short time later, one of the employees politely reminded him that guests have to remain with the primary member and that if he was leaving the building, his guest couldn't stay inside by herself. Again, there was no yelling, no disrespect, and no scene. It was simply an employee enforcing what sounded like a standard guest policy. What the review leaves out is that the staff didn't immediately stop the wife from working out or force her out of the gym. They actually waited several minutes before saying anything else, clearly giving the husband an opportunity to return. Even after waiting, they approached her respectfully and simply asked her to wait in the lobby until her husband came back. She wasn't escorted out of the building, embarrassed in front of everyone, or "kicked out" like the review claims. She was asked to wait in the lobby because the primary member had left. The husband didn't come back for quite a while. When he finally returned, that's when the situation escalated but from what I witnessed, it wasn't because of the employees. He immediately started calling Cisco names, accusing him of being a scammer, and saying he had kicked his wife out, even though that's not what I had just watched happen. Throughout the entire interaction, Cisco remained calm, professional, and continued trying to explain the policy instead of arguing back. I think people sometimes forget that front desk employees don't create company policies they're simply responsible for enforcing them fairly for everyone. If staff start making exceptions for one person, then everyone expects an exception. Whether someone agrees with a policy or not isn't really the employee's fault. I've been a member here long enough to know this staff genuinely cares about the members. They're always respectful, helpful, and willing to answer questions. In my experience, people usually only take the time to leave reviews when they're upset, and sometimes those reviews don't tell the entire story. After witnessing this firsthand, I can honestly say the review blaming Cisco does not accurately reflect what happened. I wasn't planning on ever writing a review, but seeing someone publicly criticize an employee who was simply doing his job the right way didn't sit well with me. Cisco handled the situation professionally from beginning to end, and I hope management recognizes that not everyone who was there saw the incident the way that previous review describes. I believe the other employees name is Kaiya ! Shout out to her as well for her deescalation skills

Also someone needs to pay the WiFi bill because it never works anymore. Since the gym is underground there's no phone connection. I thought about bringing spectrum out to install a line for the other members. EOS is too cheap to get good WiFi. Only one of the 2 water fountains works and it's HOT. It's like they're cutting corners on the electricity bill and the water bill. The customer service is cool. Weights are cool. EOS as a brand is terrible.

The gym itself is okay, but my complaint is about the manager, Manuel "Manny." This review is a…read morelittle delayed because the situation happened back in May, and I was honestly too upset at the time to write about it. So here's my complaint in a nutshell: I reached out on May 25th to cancel my business membership before the next billing. Manny, the general manager at Crunch Northridge, never mentioned a 10-day cancellation policy. On May 26th, he told me I would not be charged the $150 membership fee. However, on May 27th, the charge went through anyway. What upset me even more was feeling like I had been misled and lied to just so he could reach his quota. After the $150 charge had already gone through, he signed me up for a personal membership instead of addressing what had happened with the business membership. When I confronted him about the charge, that was when he referred back to the cancellation policy, even though that policy had never been explained to me when I originally asked to cancel. The $150 business membership was also supposed to include promotion for my business, including having my business logo displayed on the gym TV screens and promotion through social media across California locations. None of that happened. My business logo never appeared on any screens, and I never saw the promotion I was told I would receive. In practice, I also found that gym members were there to work out, not necessarily to engage with or purchase from the businesses being promoted, so the membership did not provide the value I expected. For $150, I expected honesty, transparency, follow-through, and respect as a customer. Instead, I walked away feeling misled and disappointed with how the situation was handled. I encourage anyone considering a business membership to carefully review exactly what is included, ask for proof of how and where your business will be promoted, and make sure you fully understand the cancellation terms before signing up. I hope Crunch improves its transparency and communication so future business customers have a better experience.

If members choose this gym over other options, it's because a higher level of service, amenities, and overall member experience are being presented. At $100/month, consistency and follow-through matter. There have been recurring issues with amenities that should be addressed more proactively. The ginger/wellness shots are rarely available, basic supplies such as plastic cups have taken weeks to be replenished, and the green towels used for sweat are often slow to be restocked. With the ongoing AC issues, members are encouraged to use the white cold towels to cool down. I also kindly reached out directly by email to raise these concerns. It took approximately one to two weeks to receive a response, and while an explanation was provided, I would have appreciated more focus on the resolution, timeline, and next steps. When the same concerns are being raised repeatedly by members, there should be a clear process for following through. The manager's approach to member interaction could also be improved. Her demeanor can come across as very dry and disengaged. Members may say hello without receiving a response or acknowledgment. In a women-only environment that is built around community and comfort, approachable and consistent leadership makes a significant difference. I'm not someone who wants to bring down a business. I raised my concerns directly first because I believe issues should be addressed through communication and collaboration. Since I did not see enough action afterward, I felt Yelp was the appropriate next step to share my experience. Thank you.

Stepping into the…read morefitness lifestyle after 13 years of being sedentary came with many challenges, but we both wanted to do things the right way so we created sustainable, healthy habits without injuring ourselves. We locked in our sleep and recovery, our nutrition down to every vitamin and mineral, and we decided Revision would be where we lock in our fitness with a personal trainer. This was the best decision we could have made. We started with Heather, a certified physical therapist, who walked us through the first few weeks, ensuring we were ready for the training ahead. Thanks to her careful attention to my previous injuries, and ensuring we understood the basics of mobility, we transitioned to Gabe, who we've been working with since March 2026 an average of 4x per week. Gabe's a fitness nerd, with a fantastic sense of humor, and a keen attunement to his client's needs, not just for the regiment to ensure progression, but in ensuring that he motivates us in the way that we would most likely respond to. His program was difficult yet sensible, achievable, and most importantly, motivating. Every movement was discussed in thorough detail with scientific evidence backing the form with reasoning. I appreciated this attention to detail, because my goal was to be informed. We needed to understand why we were doing an exercise a certain way, why we chose to start with this exercise vs that, his thought process on how he structured the workouts, so we would be successful one day planning and executing it ourselves. It's been 7 months since we started at Revision, and together we've lost 116 lbs, I've went from 30.3% body fat to 12%, we've increased our strength by multiples, and most importantly, have gained the confidence to walk into any gym and execute on our goals. My wife would murder me if I shared her results, let alone photos, sorry ladies, but she looks amazing and feels fantastic. Anyways, as we transition to working out on our own, we're going to leverage Gabe for 1x session per week over the next couple months to continue calibrating our execution and ensure we're set up for success. This has been an extraordinary experience. I don't say that lightly. Dusty, Carolyn, Heather, Kelsey, Jules, and Gabe all contributed to our experience, and we would like to thank them, wholeheartedly, for building an ideal environment for us to find continued success.
