    I've been training with Alex for a little over a year now, and he's completely changed my fitness journey. I used to have really low self-esteem and was terrified of the gym. I even remember going once and leaving in tears because I felt so out of place. I'd stress for hours just thinking about going and begged my friends to come with me. Now I can confidently walk into an Equinox surrounded by bodybuilders and feel completely comfortable being there. Alex made everything simple, effective, and easy to stick with. The results came faster than I ever expected, and I even have abs now, which I never thought was possible. But more than that, I finally feel confident and proud of my body. If you're struggling with confidence or not seeing results, I can't recommend Alex enough.

    I started training with Alex twice a week in April 2023 after health concerns from my doctor. Since working with Alex I have lost about 36 pounds so far. More than that I have gained a lot of strength and confidence. I was out of the gym for a while and starting up again with Alex has brought back my love for the gym.     After years of unhealthy habits and going on fad diets, losing weight, then gaining the weight back I finally decided I need to hire a professional. I got in contact with Alex from Savage Performance in June of this year. He sat down with me, went over my wants and goals, and gave me realistic perspective on what I needed to do to meet those goals. He built me a training plan that worked with my busy work schedule, and a nutrition plan with everything from daily macro nutrients for the week to food ideas to meet those daily macros. He took the stress of thinking out of the picture. It has now been almost 6 months with Savage Performance and with only 3-4 hours MINIMUM of consistent work in the gym each week the results I've seen have been mind blowing. I always thought I needed to starve myself, but I've done from 1600 calories a week to now 3500 calories a week and I'm still shedding fat! In total from the start I have gone from 24.2% body fat to 16% body fat and my muscle mass has gone from 95.9 lbs to 109.1lbs. In total, that's 8.2% body fat loss, and 13.2 lbs of muscle mass gain.     Circling back a year later! I've been training with Alex for almost 2 years now, and he's completely changed my body composition for the better! After seeing a recent photo of me compared with one from when we first started training together, I wanted to circle back and thank him for helping me achieve my goals. Not only have I gained a healthy 21lbs since, but more importantly I look and feel my best! I've also learned so much about lifting, nutrition, all while having fun at the gym and living a balanced lifestyle. Working out and trying to gain muscle isn't always fun or easy, but Alex has always been encouraging and doesn't make working out feel like a chore. The attention to detail Alex puts into his programming and nutrition in order to help his clients succeed is incredible.     I started working with Alex in fall of 2022 after leaving a previous powerlifting coach. Since I had previous experience, I opted for his remote training. I had a goal of 1450 in mind after a previous meet total of sub 1400. He has coached me through two USPA meets so far as a submaster, where I have increased my total to 1454 and have repeatedly hit personal records in training and on meet day. During my preparation, as I was feeling tweaks and tightness, he worked closely with me to prescribe mobility movements that are not only good for a sustainable lifting career, but general day to day kinesthetics in life as well. I highly recommend Alex, he's professional, prompt, personable and an all around good guy.

    I trained with Alex for 3 months in-person, and during this time, I made great progress and learned so much from him!! In the first couple of months, I gained 5lbs of muscle and built up a foundation of good technique and eating habits to keep me going and get stronger over time. I was really surprised with the strength gains I made -- and it's due to Alex's training methodology and attention to detail. He also helped me stay injury free, as I had a previous herniated disc injury from the year before.     I was on yelp looking for a trainer when I found Alex in October. I saw his work and quickly learned how knowledgeable he is in personal training and noticed we have very similar workout styles (heavy lifting & compounds) so I reached out. I got a quick response and he was flexible with my schedule that I was able to meet with him that same week. I'm now on my fourth month of training with Alex and the difference I see in my body, lifestyle choices and mental health is beyond what I expected. Working with Alex has taught me how to love myself and take care my body and most importantly, how to keep a positive mindset and make healthier choices. We got there about 15 minutes early so the previous class right before was still going on! You get to choose which machines you would like to use and people beforehand wipe down at the end of class. Seeing the cables and such had me very curious on how it goes! I'm thankful for my friends helping me because I was clueless sometimes. PS Make sure you have grippy socks! My solo training efforts had nudged me up to 120 pounds, but there I plateaued--stuck in a weight limbo. It was as if my body had whispered, "Enough, my friend. You need more than self-motivation; you need a team." Enter the WWF Team: My Weight-Warriors And so, I found Wing Warriors Fitness. Their approach was holistic, like a symphony of nutrition, exercise, and unwavering support. Here's how they orchestrated my transformation: The WWF team didn't just throw a salad with chicken breast at me and call it a day. No, they dissected proteins like scientists--timing, types, and daily portions--all in pursuit of my weight gain crescendo. Picture this: a type of protein when me & my muscles awake in the morning, followed by another type of protein before work out, yet another type of protein/amino acid during work out session, 1 more type of protein within 30 mins of workout, and wrap up the cycle with yet another type of protein before sleep.
