    Chad, the owner is super nice and helpful. Amazing coaches that will guide you through out the workout. A little hidden gem in the valley!

I've trained here consistently through pregnancies, postpartum, and now even with my kids who honestly think this gym is the most fun place to go with me. What makes this gym so special is the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and community. Roy and Maytal run this place with a level of passion, expertise, and care that you just don't find anywhere else. The coaching is top notch, knowledgeable, attentive, and always focused on proper form, safety, and long term results. The workouts are the perfect mix of fun and challenging. You leave every session feeling stronger, accomplished, and proud of yourself. No two workouts are the same and the constant variety keeps you excited to show up. Even on the toughest days the energy in the room pushes you further than you thought possible. And the community is truly something special. The members are like family, supportive, uplifting, and genuinely invested in each other's success. I started doing it and working out but as the pandemic progressed it was harder and harder to find the motivation to do it by myself while I am stuck at home. Roy then advertised that he is doing a challenge that includes a balanced/ healthy Lifestyle, online workouts and even meditation. The best thing about it that he donated to help people in need at this crazy time. I have since lost a lot more and I feel healthier and happier then I have in a long time. Thank you Roy !!

Being a physical therapist I've always struggled with the structure of the classes, how stations were timed and back to back without rest focusing on the same muscle group, which doesn't allow for optimal muscle performance and loss of proper form, but my competitive nature hated to not commit to the challenge. Here, the workouts are balanced and paced, so you can rest when you need to and not rush, so your form is maintained and less risk of injury. Also the vibe is awesome, very fun, relaxed, self paced and supportive. My first class was with Frankie and he was great, not overly hovering when I was okay, but there as soon as I had a question. My new gym for sure! Would highly recommend!!

Ricky and Frankie were nice, and helpful. I'd say I felt less intimidated at the 8.15 class than the 9.30 one that was crowded and felt too fast paced for me. It's definitely challenging and makes me feel very out of shape at times but I'm willing to try it again. It's pretty hype and the owner is young & chill. Their social media content is good too. It appears to be a community but I need more time to feel part of it.

We got a 5pm class with Joelena as our instructor! Check-in was very easy with front desk. You get handed a cardboard placard with your name written on it. We got there about 15 minutes early so the previous class right before was still going on! The loud music and the instructor voice was energizing and I felt super excited to try out a class for the first time. You get to choose which machines you would like to use and people beforehand wipe down at the end of class. Seeing the cables and such had me very curious on how it goes! Our instructor went around as class was soon starting to ask our experience on pilates. You have to listen well during her instructions to know how to work the machines but after her quick tutorial we got right into it! I'm thankful for my friends helping me because I was clueless sometimes. PS Make sure you have grippy socks! Super thankful for my friend in having one for me, and I noticed there's many socks and products being sold too in the waiting area. Joelena was overall great and really helped push all of us into doing our best and she comes up to you personally every now and then to correct your form while telling the class too. The workout was crazy and sweaty! I was so sore the next couple of days.
