My first time ever taking a Pilates class and this spot was recommended by one of the besties! We…read morewere able to book a class same day for later that night. We got a 5pm class with Joelena as our instructor! Check-in was very easy with front desk. You get handed a cardboard placard with your name written on it. We got there about 15 minutes early so the previous class right before was still going on! The loud music and the instructor voice was energizing and I felt super excited to try out a class for the first time. You get to choose which machines you would like to use and people beforehand wipe down at the end of class. Seeing the cables and such had me very curious on how it goes! Our instructor went around as class was soon starting to ask our experience on pilates. You have to listen well during her instructions to know how to work the machines but after her quick tutorial we got right into it! I'm thankful for my friends helping me because I was clueless sometimes. PS Make sure you have grippy socks! Super thankful for my friend in having one for me, and I noticed there's many socks and products being sold too in the waiting area. Joelena was overall great and really helped push all of us into doing our best and she comes up to you personally every now and then to correct your form while telling the class too. The workout was crazy and sweaty! I was so sore the next couple of days. Totally worth the money and there is newbie discounts that average classes to $19-21 each. *single bathroom inside *cubbies for shoes *good ventilation *good stereo system *water refill station

I took a class with Kathy and was a great Pilates instructor. She spoke clearly and guided the class very well. The music selection was great and really set the tone for the workout. The class was definitely challenging in the best way. I would highly recommend taking a class with her.

I've truly never had anyone as passionate and caring as Jeremy. Not only does he come up with a regimen that works for your body, he genuinely cares about your success and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I've lost over 80+ pounds while under his regimen and feel more confident with my body than I ever have. I started with the goal of just being able to not constantly be in pain. I didn't want to go down the medical way (no hate on oz) just because I wanted to be able to build up the strength I needed and knowledge to continue outside of his trainings. Not only has this improved my confidence, but it's improved my overall being. I can walk without feeling like passing out, and I can even run now (even though I still don't enjoy it lol). I have more energy now than I had in my twenties, I love being outdoors and I can pick up a box without feeling I need an epsom bath after. His pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of knowledge and follow ups you get from him. He goes beyond that of any other trainer I've ever experienced. You will NOT regret it.

I normally don't write reviews, but after reading the one accusing Cisco and the front desk staff,…read moreI genuinely felt compelled to share what I witnessed because I happened to be at the gym during this entire situation. I've been coming to this EōS for several months now, and one of the reasons I continue coming back is because the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every time I check in, I'm greeted with a smile, and I've never had a negative experience. That's why the review I just read honestly surprised me. From what I saw, the husband came in with his wife and wanted to bring her in as a guest. The employee at the front desk politely explained that his current membership didn't include guest privileges. There wasn't any attitude or confrontation whatsoever. The employee calmly explained the options, answered the member's questions, and even helped him upgrade his membership right there. Everything seemed completely normal, and the husband didn't appear upset at that point. After they entered the club, I noticed the husband walk back toward the front and then leave the building while his wife continued working out. A short time later, one of the employees politely reminded him that guests have to remain with the primary member and that if he was leaving the building, his guest couldn't stay inside by herself. Again, there was no yelling, no disrespect, and no scene. It was simply an employee enforcing what sounded like a standard guest policy. What the review leaves out is that the staff didn't immediately stop the wife from working out or force her out of the gym. They actually waited several minutes before saying anything else, clearly giving the husband an opportunity to return. Even after waiting, they approached her respectfully and simply asked her to wait in the lobby until her husband came back. She wasn't escorted out of the building, embarrassed in front of everyone, or "kicked out" like the review claims. She was asked to wait in the lobby because the primary member had left. The husband didn't come back for quite a while. When he finally returned, that's when the situation escalated but from what I witnessed, it wasn't because of the employees. He immediately started calling Cisco names, accusing him of being a scammer, and saying he had kicked his wife out, even though that's not what I had just watched happen. Throughout the entire interaction, Cisco remained calm, professional, and continued trying to explain the policy instead of arguing back. I think people sometimes forget that front desk employees don't create company policies they're simply responsible for enforcing them fairly for everyone. If staff start making exceptions for one person, then everyone expects an exception. Whether someone agrees with a policy or not isn't really the employee's fault. I've been a member here long enough to know this staff genuinely cares about the members. They're always respectful, helpful, and willing to answer questions. In my experience, people usually only take the time to leave reviews when they're upset, and sometimes those reviews don't tell the entire story. After witnessing this firsthand, I can honestly say the review blaming Cisco does not accurately reflect what happened. I wasn't planning on ever writing a review, but seeing someone publicly criticize an employee who was simply doing his job the right way didn't sit well with me. Cisco handled the situation professionally from beginning to end, and I hope management recognizes that not everyone who was there saw the incident the way that previous review describes. I believe the other employees name is Kaiya ! Shout out to her as well for her deescalation skills

I had every intention of checking out this EOS location and potentially becoming a member, but my…read moreexperience at the front desk completely changed my mind. I downloaded the free one-week pass and, unfortunately, had to leave on a work trip before I could use it. I returned exactly one week later and stopped by, believing I would still be able to use the pass since I had never actually visited an EOS gym before. Instead of working with me or showing any flexibility, the supervisor, Cisco, immediately insisted that I would need to purchase a $40 day pass. When I explained that I had been out of state on business and had never used the guest pass, he claimed the computer showed that I had visited another EOS location. That was impossible, as I was in Mississippi on the date he referenced. What was most disappointing wasn't the pass issue itself--it was the way the situation was handled. There was no attempt to understand the circumstances, verify the information, or find a reasonable solution for a potential new customer. The conversation escalated to the point where Cisco stated that he was "denying me service" rather than trying to resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. A gym that values customer service should be willing to listen, investigate obvious discrepancies, and treat prospective members with respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Needless to say, I won't be paying for a membership here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Little did I know what a special gift I just gave myself. It's now July and I am down almost 40 pounds. Size 16 to a nice size of 8 and still dropping. Better yet my percentage of body fat has dropped me into healthy range and my blood work has pleased my doctors. There were times I told myself that my life was too busy for gym time or I am too old to keep working out. I have learned to enjoy getting healthy. Ileana has kept me motivated and focused with the right mindset to achieve all my goals. She is constantly challenging me to do more. She is simply awesome. There are many times when I didn't want to do the work that particular day. Somehow Ileana was able to read me and get me out of my funk and keep me going. Most days we work hard but laugh right through the hour. My husband couldn't be happier with the results. We taken many more get-away weekends trips for two. At 59 I have more energy and get more compliments on how great I look. Best of all I am healthy and feel great. Thank you Ileana, I couldn't have down it without you!

It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her.
