My wife had a very bad experience here, one of the first was back in 2012 when my wife gave birth to our first daughter. The anesthesiologist just walked out of the room and said fine I'm not doing it, meaning he was not going to give my wife and epidural because she refused for me to leave the room. Then they scare you by saying you will tear if you do not let them cut you and then they cut you worse than you would've torn (like wtf) just so they can stitch you up!!! it is my money in their pockets, remember medicine is a business as well. We wrote upper executives filled out multiple surveys but we didn't receive so much is an apology from this horrible place. I still hear the same horror stories about first time mothers and this hospital till this day. They have the worst billing department ever I went in for a procedure in April and I'm just being billed for it in September and the billing just keeps coming I must've received 15 to 20 different bills for one small outpatient procedure and one emergency visit which was due to the outpatient procedure in my opinion. Thousands of dollars later I cannot get them to stop billing me they claim there is nothing more in the system but I have my doubts.
