After only two months of bi-weekly therapy, now I can reach back, touch my back, no pain and they even helped me work out my chronic knot on my shoulder. The clinic currently has two separate large rooms with equipments but they mostly use just the side with the reception desk. I heard they're scheduled to remodel and make it one big gym with open space in the near future. They also have several smaller private rooms with beds. My PT was Chris and he's the bomb!! Thank you for giving me back my mobility!! All the staff are super friendly and it was such a pleasant experience every session. Physical Therapy works people!! And ATI is a great place to get help

It can't be easy work, and yet the service they provide in helping people heal is absolutely vital to those of us unfortunate enough to need help with injuries or disease. After having an accident where a pickup truck struck me while riding my bicycle, and spending four…read moreweeks in the hospital,I was sent to Lovelace Rehab for a little over two weeks. First off, I was extremely disappointed with the room that I was given. I was put in with one other fellow who with no fault of his own, had a horrible continuous cough day and night. To make matters worse, he was close to deaf which caused him to have his tv so loud I could not use mine at all. I complained to several of the staff and he would then turn the tv down for a while but then it would go back up. The rooms are very old and extremely out dated. I don't expect them to be totally remodeled, but fresh paint and new floor coverings would greatly help. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. When having to call for assistance, always came in a very timely manner. Never had to make a second call. The therapist on staff were also wonderful, which made my recovery experience as pleasant as could be. Was impressed with the equipment they had and the staff was vigilant about cleaning everything after being used and before another patient used. My other complaint was the food! Hospital food is hospital food, but this was horrid. Thankfully UNMH was much better. Couldn't have put up with it for four weeks. All in all, with the staff and therapists, my stay was acceptable. If it wasn't for the room and food, I could of given Lovelace five 's.

Dr. Dickie is a pill pusher. My brother is there recovering from a TBI, after being there for 30…read moredays he has become depressed due to minimal socialization. The doctor was pushing anti-depressants when he knows our end goal is to have him off medication. My mom is the power of attorney and told the doctor absolutely not to the medication he was pushing on my brother. After my mom left, he went back into the room to convince my brother to get on a low dose. Disgusting!! All they want is money by putting you on medication that creates more side effects for more money. I will definitely be reporting this doctor and do not reccommend this place. After 30 days of being there my brother has had very little improvements.

She was just simply told she did not care about getting better rather than entering into a conversation about her treatment and how to make it effective for her. Then after 4 visits and being told what the copay is for each visit and being paid at time of service, the remote parent company decided that the amount we were told for copay for their service was not correct and now they wanted more money. I tried to talk to the billing department, but was only received with rudeness and threats that if I don't pay up they will just turn me into the collections. Will not be returning to do business with such rude people.

Maggie was my wife's OT therapist after her operation. The first session she took measurements…read more The second session was cancelled; the office called us only 20 minutes before the appointment to let us know. We were in the car driving because we live 40+ minutes away. The remaining appointments were silently cancelled shortly after. The office did not bother to call us, we called them before our scheduled appointment to verify. No one answered so we left a message. Our call was not returned. We called another location that didn't offer OT, and they are the ones that told us all our appointments had been cancelled. Without commenting on Maggie's competency, we find the treatment we were given by the front office utterly unacceptable.
