The staff's awareness and implementation of disinfection protocols made me feel safe. We were in the car driving because we live 40+ minutes away. The remaining appointments were silently cancelled shortly after. The office did not bother to call us, we called them before our scheduled appointment to verify. No one answered so we left a message. Our call was not returned. We called another location that didn't offer OT, and they are the ones that told us all our appointments had been cancelled. Without commenting on Maggie's competency, we find the treatment we were given by the front office utterly unacceptable.
