When he finally did, the interaction was unexpectedly discourteous and, frankly, demeaning. During our conversation, he repeatedly asked me questions in a tone that felt condescending--such as "Do you remember this?" and "Do you remember that?"--in a way that implied I was incapable of understanding or recalling basic information. I want to be very clear: I am 80 years old, but I am fully capable of managing my own affairs. Age should never be used as a basis to speak down to someone. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times, regardless of their age. What should have been a simple and helpful conversation instead left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I hope Armada Physical Therapy takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff communicate with patients in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner.
