I was very upfront about the amount of travel my job requires and yet no one mentioned I could not be in another state for my web meeting; I called in from California and they cancelled on me! That was my second appointment cancelled in a row (the first, I cancelled because I was still on the road driving) resulting from in my ineligibility for the free gym membership. Regardless of who or why the appointments were cancelled, my insurance was billed $160/session. Six weeks in and still no gym membership and very little useful information nutritional guidance; no workout tips and tricks were ever shared! Completely unorganized company...

Once that happened, they took me right back and I saw the doctor in like five minutes. I was literally out of there in maybe 20 minutes total. The doctor was kind and professional and the whole visit was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back after my experience today. There are too many urgent careers where you are waiting hours and this one also allows you online to go into a virtual queue. When the cupcakes we had delivered on my ex husband's birthday didn't make it to his room, Cecelia stepped in, got cupcakes, a birthday ballon, and sent my son and me the last picture we have of Mike. As he became more incapacitated and couldn't answer his phone when we called, we depended on nurses to go to his room and help him with his phone. When I couldn't get thru to him, I asked for a supervisor and got Cecelia. She gave me her cell phone number and told me if I ever had any problems to call her directly. It was because of her that I was able to have my last conversation with him a few nights before he passed away. If I hadn't been able to have that conversation, it would have been much more difficult to be as peaceful with his death. Since his passing we discovered complications with his Medicaid coverage, so Cecelia and I have had several conversations and gotten to know each other a little. She is the sole responsible parent of 5 kids. My heart goes out to her- but when you think about it, what better than managing 5 kids could prepare one for the supervisory role she has at the nursing home? I was very sick, and went home after the appointment, because I couldnt stay awake. I woke up this morning, and went to my pharmacy just after they opened, about 930am. No prescription. I call the office and am told the practioners are busy, and will get back to me. I call an hour later, same story. I call 2 hours later, same story. I call again around 4:30 in the afternoon, and the lady says she'll look into it and get back to me. It's been almost 20 minutes, and still no call back. Im at my wits end.
