I don't…read moreunderstand how Dr. Sera could knowingly do this and leave me without the proper equipment to treat myself, it feels spiteful and unprofessional. I was not given any sort of warning or sent any messages before being cut off, leaving me with very little options. I was told to schedule an appointment in order to continue receiving my diabetic supplies, when appointments can take weeks to book (but I would not know because I was told to make an appointment ONE HOUR before they closed for the entire weekend)!

Because of past DEXA scan results, he encouraged me to continue with bone treatment, but he did not pressure me. He was understanding when I said there was another of my health issues that I wanted to pursue first, and he scheduled me for a scan and evaluation in a year. I would also like to commend several of the office staff, although I don't have their names. When I drove up there was an older woman in the parking lot struggling to push her car up an incline into a parking space. Two of the office staff got up immediately, went outside, and helped the struggling woman push her car into the parking space. That was so kind and helpful!, and definitely above and beyond the call of duty!

At 12:15, as everyone was leaving for lunch, I began asking anyone who wandered by if they had forgotten me. My doctor finally put me in a room, saw the person ahead of me and then spent maybe 15 minutes with me. Total time 2 1/2 hours in a very cramped, uncomfortable waiting area with dozens of other people. I feel very disrespected; I am currently looking to transfer my records to another practice that is not quite as busy, oh, I mean greedy.

At 9:26, I asked why I had not been called. But since I had pre-registered, there was no need for them to call. I was told I would be called from a certain area, so I moved to that area. I heard my first name and walked back to the other side but they took another person worth the same first name. I returned back to waiting area. Then asked again, when will I be called. There's still one ahead of you. This was now 10, at 10:30 I asked again. I was told I was waiting for a Technician. About 11, I was finally called. 2 tests done, wait, then another Tech comes, takes me to another room for a couple more tests. I told him how long I was waiting. He informed me that, there was a confusion with my name and someone got my spot. This would mean that the other person with the same name was not asked their last name to confirm treating correct patient. When they realized they has wrong person they didn't correct it. This is really unprofessional when they could have treated each one of us inaccurately I don't know what they came for they don't know what I was there for. This is not how Medical Practice should be handled in any form. By the time I saw the doctor and left it was after 12:00 my appointment 9:00 that is ridiculous.

He was rude and condescending, treating me like an idiot when I described my symptoms. My specialist doctor had referred me here for issues he was unable to treat, but Nagel was apparently unable to diagnose or treat my issues as a supposed expert in the ENT practice. He also made very inappropriate and discriminatory comments regarding my age and health issues. Unfortunately for me, I'm younger with a somewhat serious illness. One would think a professional doctor would realize that a younger age doesn't necessarily equate with great health. I'll definitely be looking for another opinion from a more talented, kind and less discriminatory ENT professional. I would advise other patients to look elsewhere as well.

Been trying to find a Ear Nose and Throat doctor for some pain I'm having. Calling this office…read moremakes you wonder if they want any business. We were told that to be seen they have to do a hearing test, well I had one recently. Six months ago is apparently too long ago, so they won't even see me without doing a new one. That really doesn't make sense to offer to schedule me for a procedure I don't need in a month to be seen in two months for the pain I'm having now. Do yourself a favor, call somewhere that will at lease treat you right.
