Terrible place. They are nice to you only on your first visit to get you as a patient, after that be ready to be lied to on a regular basis. And when you get a prescription, you have to jump through hoops in order to get it filled. Most pharmacies will not fill it, they say upfront: "if it's from Phusion- we don't take their prescriptions". No one ever answers their phone at the office, and when someone calls you back hours later, each person will tell you completely different things that the previous person. Just save your money and don't even get involved with this place - the only thing is guaranteed is a frustration!!! read more

So I saw the doctor a couple weeks ago I paid the $275. They told me that I have to see her every week because I'm being tapered on my medication. So when the next 3 times I see her, she gives me medication for 1 week at a time, so that would cover the 275 that it paid for initially. Well, I had my other appointment today. Did you get 1 week supply? Yeah, and because they gave me a month supply, they're trying to charge me another 275, then a third 275. And then at the end of the month, a fourth 275. So they're trying to get me to pay $1100 for 1 month. Think about that $oneone00 for one month. They're trying to charge me. Now, I told them they need to call me and let me know ASAP what's going on. So they said, let me figure this out, and I'll let you know, well, we're going on 3 days now, without my medication, their clothes are ready today, tomorrow, they're closed. So I'm not going to get on medicaidge until next week. So I was trying to file A grievance on the office, but I could only file agreements on the doctor not the office, the doctor didn't do anything wrong, it's the d*** front office, the arrogance and the organized and the uncaring, and they don't care about their patients.They just want the money. Wednesday and they're still asking me for more money. I want to report them to the BBB and a bunch of other. Websites and use all my IP addresses because they're trying to rip me off. And I think what they're doing is illegal. I might have to take legal action. So stay away from this place read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Phusion Wellness has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning. Before I ever became a patient, I was misled -- told they offered services that they absolutely do not provide. Their communication is almost nonexistent. You can't reach anyone by phone -- not even a receptionist. It doesn't matter how many voicemails you leave; you won't get a call back. Text messages are hit or miss, and more often than not, completely ignored. The only way to get the attention of any live being is to physically go to the office, because no one ever answers the phone. Everything is handled electronically, with zero personal contact or accountability. Then comes the real issue -- prescriptions. Most pharmacies refuse to fill prescriptions from this office. I was told directly by their own staff that there are only two pharmacies they can send prescriptions to. And that information wasn't freely offered; it took constant pressing to get the truth. Clearly something has happened for pharmacies to stop accepting prescriptions from any of their providers, but of course, they don't tell you that until after you've already paid. Pain management is already difficult enough without adding the stress, confusion, and lack of communication that this office brings. And the cost? $250 per appointment. Easily the most expensive I've ever seen -- and absolutely not worth it especially for the level of care you'll get here. If you're paying cash, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will actually help you for a reasonable price. If you have insurance, find a facility that accepts it -- you'll get better care, more honest communication, and far less frustration. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Do not go to Phusion Wellness for any of your pain management needs. You'll regret it if you do. read more

Im writing an update from my last review, I want to say that this office and staff do actually care alot for there patients, phusion wellness did get ahold of me and explained everything that was going on and how testing worked and things got resolved, I can honestly say that my Doctor here along with there nurses and staff are pretty understanding especially when it comes to me and how I misunderstood what the process was and how everything worked. Im grateful to my dr that he is still willing to work with me and that just shows me that yes they do care . If you are needing a dr for pain management then I do recommend this place and they will treat you with respect and care and the behavior therapy counselors are pretty awesome to read more

Terrible they charged me 275 for the appointment then at the appointment the PA told me that I needed updated mri and I couldn't have weed in my system unless I had a card so I leave same day pay 280 for a card and pay another 300 something out of pocket for the mri go back and the shady ass lady says oh I didn't think u would actually complete what I asked u to do I'm not giving you you medication... keep in mind I had a brand new mri, weed card, and payed for the appointment that's like 800 dollars I've never ever ever been treated like this and have been on my medication for over 15 years discusssting I wish the pa wasn't a total bitch don't see her read more

Do not go here. They make you pay before the appointment and if you decide that you will not be using their services they still charge you the full $250. They do not do anything but have a conversation with you and charge you. They are not real doctors. This place is a scam. Be aware! If you were a real business owner/ whatever you are, then you would have agreed I was not there at your place of business long enough to have to pay a fee of $250. I watched a video, you took my blood pressure, we had a five minute conversation, you think that is worthy of $250??? I stopped going to Phusion wellness 3 months ago because they were lowering my meds even though I had new acute pain from two car accident's, one that tore two disks and the other herniated several disks from from the center of my back down to my tailbone. I started going to OnCall Pain and they increased my dosage and quantity based off my MRI's, CT's and X-Rays. I'm finally at a point that I can function on a daily basis. It's nice to finally be able to get out of bed and do normal things like clean, grocery shopping, and date night with my husband. It's too bad I had to change doctors in order to get the proper care that my body requires due to spinal fusions and injuries. Also please be aware that pharmacies will no longer fill narcotics written by Phusion Wellness. It started with Walgreens, CVS and Walmart not accepting their prescriptions and I just received a phone call from Albertsons pharmacy warning me to never return to Phusion wellness because they are no longer accepting their prescriptions, fry's and Safeway won't accept them either. At this rate they will end up closing down that brand new office they just moved to because it's only a matter of time before all the mom and pop pharmacies stop filling their scripts as well. read more

I have not been thriving since NP Melissa lied on me! I was looking for an address. I'm older NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT A REVIEW.I was with Phusion since epain 2017.The owner Dr Scott was my Dr Tucson 8 yrs all good, no problems. Iwas grandfathered in in 2017 at the "opioid epidemic"start, until last Oct I saw a new NP Mellissa, I ended up seeing her 2x's. "DO NO WRONG" IS THE OATH, she sd she was cutting my over 20 PLUS YEAR Rx? in 2018 NP Scott and then new provider Michelle Roy fought a lawsuit and WE WON IN REFERENCE TO MY LAST 30 pills. Which both Michelle and Scott fought until we won in 2018. LEGAL DOCUMENTS, med records ALL LEGAL My new provider Melissa? I requested another ASSP as I saw it coming!!! sure enough "automatic detox"to have you and all Phusion patients under 200 mme's??? no grandfathered in no NOTHING? I researched to ENSURE NO LAWS CHANGED? in Oct Melissa wrote for my normal rx to be pre authorized (it was written wrong)? they wouldn't authorize it ( Ins) until I brought up the won lawsuit? INSTANTLY APPROVED 1 yr which is up Oct 2025.I wrote to Dr Scott , I WROTE to Phusion, CERTIFIED LETTERS ; SIGNED FOR CERTIFIED LETTERS TO ALERT SCOTT MY ORIG PROVIDER. a lot happened no LEGAL SIGNATURES ON THE MAIL RECEIPTS, attempting to remind Scott and Michelle of all their lawsuit fights MY legal documents. I've went thru more walls than the normal person looks at. if you thought Diddys "elevator abuse"was shocking, thats a trip to DISNEYLAND FOR ME. When I saw Melissa in Jan I saw all the signs. It took 2 days FOR MY APPT TO FRUITATE (2 days late) they had the "wrong sign in", The NO CALL BACK ROUTINE PLAYING ON MY DISABILITY AND PTSD. Melissa compared my Broken body to a "power bill"? she had received and reading one of my letters SENT to My "Dr" NP Scott. I attempted to tell her I wasn't thriving. She did not care stated my wrong Rx, then lied to me about: Phusion and Michelle's " troubles" DENYING THEM . I asked her IF SHE EVEN KNEW MY DIAGNOSIS SHE DID NOT. she stated I'm GLAD YOU WROTE THIS LETTER? she didn't know my diagnosis, lied to me, then stated ( apparently since I'd done my DUE DILIGENCE) ENSURING NO LAW CHANGED TO BRING ABOUT MY SEVERE CUT. All she could say in reference to a letter not written to her "WE ARE NOT DR's but NURSE PRACTITIONERS" (you obviously need to GO BACK TO SCHOOL)! she sd I violated my Pain Contract, DISMISSED ME- THE KISS OF DEATH? how can you blanket cut back all who are over 200mme's and so fast? No GRANDFATHERED IN AS STATE DID? New Rule? shoulda been for NEW PPL,then others signing for CERTIFIED RESTRICTED DELIVERY, and allowed others to sign?Read my Rx hippa Chart? THIS WAS THERE ONLY PLAY TO GET RID OF ME. 8 years every PROVIDER I HAD AGREED UNTIL MELISSA AND NOT 1 provider stood up and sd she isn't like that to SHOW OUT, break a Pain Contract. I really liked Phusion, I felt owner /provider Scott Woffindon really cared about me? idk If he was ever informed of this I will know soon enough if I'm contacted. also my med records I had to send the thumb drive,it came back empty? I've YET TO GET MY RECORDS AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO KICK A $25,000 8 yr patient to the curb for doing DUE DILIGENCE ensuring laws didn't change b4 asking to be back on my right meds. there was also a problem New years 2023 I'll keep to myself for now. Their "patient care" philosophy touts that they have a unique approach with the tools and treatment options to provide genuine patient care. They supposedly target patients with significant medical histories of suffering from chronic pain. They're a total sham of a business, with a transparent business model that just wants to create residual revenue that pushes standard pain pills, while simultaneously selling their "shifting solutions" of ancillary products and services, without any true regard or respect for what the patient's needs actually are. This means that if you have a treatment program from another doctor that you're happy with, that treatment plan falls within their formula, and the only reason you're considering Phusion Wellness is for logistical or financial reasons (Phusion Wellness primarily treats over videoconference) then you'll be very happy with your experience there. If you do not currently have a stable treatment plan you're happy with, on the other hand, Phusion Wellness will not be a good fit for you as they explicitly don't titrate treatment to effect, so if you need a dose adjustment (up or down) their policy is to refuse to do so and simply write the same prescriptions as the prior month - except when their formula requires them to lower your dose; they just won't do so when you ask. Phusion Wellness is run as a pill-mill for patients on stable regimens, so you should also anticipate your provider changing frequently, without notice, with no handover or briefing from the prior provider, and without effective communication from their notes (I suspect this is because of a lack of notes given the time allocated to each patient). I was a patient for 3.5 years. A few months ago they shut down their old office to build a new one. Because of that i couldn't do the urinalysis since I don't have insurance and can't afford the lab prices($300). I told them this repeatedly and was told it would be okay to wait until they reopened to take it there. So, I drove the hour to get there, took the urine test. Waited 45 minutes to be seen and was immediately told they were going to discharge me. No offer to do a safe tapering or anything. I wasn't aware of my rights until I was contacted by someone(don't want to say who or what agency) after picking up my last prescription. I was asked multiple questions and didn't want to get involved with legal issues at that time but now that I know my rights and what is considered ethical protocol for tapering etc I'm going to try to call them today which they probably won't answer their phone. I just want to make sure I didn't misunderstand and they are indeed offering me a safe taper but I don't remember Melissa mentioning that. I think the agencies are looking in to them for the lack of continuing care after discharge as well as just being a money grab company. I will update after I find out. read more

When I went to my appointment I had a drug test and it showed I had Suboxone I told the provider I could produce evidence that I was prescribed that medication for a short time only . Well after that I could not get in touch with this lady person nor did I talk to anyone as they do not answer their phones . And that was it . PS do not ask for a refund because you will never get one . In other words except your losses and move on . read more
