To start off, she put me on much needed thyroid medication that improved my life immensely. I could no longer function before the medication, so I am thankful she put me on medication initially. That is where my thankfulness ends as 1 year after being on medication they asked me to perform more tests on my testosterone (as well as thyroid) and I questioned how purchasing the very expensive testosterone test again pertained to my treatment of thyroid. Mind you, they don't take insurance for anything so every test is like $250 (they want you to purchase tests for all kinds of stuff). So I straight up asked if purchasing this testosterone test was a requirement for me to keep receiving thyroid treatment and they said "of course not". One week later she said I needed to find another doctor and I was left scrambling with 1 month of medication. One thing I'd like to add is they also want you to purchase a bunch of recurring monthly supplements from their own online pharmacy (or they are definitely affiliated somehow). What I'm getting at if you haven't gathered is these are what we call bottom feeders. They don't care about helping you, they care about what's in your wallet. This is well beyond trying to run a business, this is medical malpractice. My current Endo was absolutely appalled at what had happened and promised to never take me off of medication unless I wanted to. Tina Marcantel, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I will preface that despite her rough, overtly loud New Jersey mannerisms, Dr. Morstein is very bright and has a gentle kindness to her. Unfortunately, however, more than this is needed to run a successful medical practice. The doctor, herself is very disheveled which is reflective in her unorganized office. She seems to always be in a frenzy and has even drawn my blood without gloves and a mask (I don't like watching my blood drawn something made me look over this time). Her colleague also attempted to give me an IV without gloves and was having so many problems finding my vein that I finally looked over only to realized she was no longer wearing gloves. In fact she had thrown the blood-soiled gloves onto the floor in frustration. My husband was also initially seeing Dr. Morstein as a patient and, despite also thinking she's a lovely woman, will no longer return due to the office's incompetence. He was been treated for a severe autoimmune condition and was not given the full course of treatment/instruction and subsequently relapsed. He commended my patience for continuing to see her but we were in the height of Covid and had lost our jobs, so we couldn't afford to stop care mid-stream and pay another doctor hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a new patient consult. I therefore attempted to stick it out just for virtual consults and not in-office appointments/blood draws etc. However, since being a patient for perhaps two years or so, I have seen this office go through an unusual amount of office staff--probably somewhere in the range of 6-8 receptionists! Each time, information gets passed off to the next employee, miscommunicated, and even lost. Prescriptions are left unfulfilled and insurance issues are thrown to the wayside by the exiting employee only to be promised to be taken care of by the new employee. However, nothing ever gets done in a timely manner as promised. In fact, I've now been working on an insurance billing issue with them since June. I've also never heard back about my prescriptions. Such a shame as this doctor has a lot of potential if she could implement some better business practices.

My doctor I have been with for over a decade and hands down the most incredible doctor you could…read moreever have and what makes me say that is he listens and problem solve find pain management that works for you. Oxycodone 9.5 years and I would take them for 3 weeks then off a week and going back on them after the week off I realized I was in more pain after taking it dumb and I finally told him I wanted off of them we set a date and I have been off them over 3 years and in those over 3 years I started to hate and despise opioids. I am in less pain off of them and we started doing epidural injections with my trigger points and I am also on soboxone for pain not addiction to opioids and if I didn't like the soboxone and I wanted to back to Oxycodone then we would of went back to Oxycodone but since I went off it I have told him how much I hate it and it caused over 10,000 in dental because the sweet tooth it caused and dry mouth. No dental issues with Suboxone but I do a lot to keep it that way. When I was taking Oxycodone he would switch me to Vicodin to help with becoming immune to it but it didn't do anything and reason why is because it didn't make me feel like my aoxy did and absolutely I told him that so a pain doc you can say that to is wicked good. Only thing I will leave out is my doctor ors name because he's in high demand because he's good at what he does and his memory is insane which shows he pays attention and listens. Technology has come a long way and so many incredible treatment options that work other than opioids and mentally being off of them I am less fussy because my body craved it caused more pain. It's like feeding the beast. A lot of incredible providers and if you are lucky to get my doctor first visit you will know who he is.
