She kept putting polish over them. Then the owner started to do my nails and she drilled off the tips. One time she tried to talk me into just putting a fresh coat of polish over the previous without drilling the old one off. Last draw, I had a nail appt and I arrived on time. I did not need a pedicure and that was a problem for the owner because she had other people to do and she told me that I would have to wait because I told her that I was going to get a pedicure and that's how she scheduled. I said my appointment has always been set at the same time for a while and a pedicure is not needed. She probably over booked. I went to my old place to get nails done and they were horrorified at the layers of colors on my nails. The new salon said that it should have not been done this way. They always worked with my busy, sometimes unpredictable schedule, and their kindness and patience went above and beyond. As someone with cerebral palsy, I was nervous about getting pedicures before finding them. I also love that they have a rewards program--it's such a thoughtful touch that makes being a loyal customer even more worthwhile.
