The price was outrageous. For the services I got done, I usually pay $190 at my usual salon. I paid $350!!! And that did not include the tip. This was my most expensive trip to the salon -- ever. There was a dog in the salon the entire time, and I had dye all over my neck, my ears and my forehead when I got out. I'm no stranger to getting my hair dyed (I usually keep it red) but the amount of dye I had on my skin just reflected the lack of attention to detail. For the price point, I would've expected more. More everything: attention to detail, professionalism and a better ambiance. Won't be returning. If you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a mediocre haircut and dye job, go ahead. I wouldn't recommend this place to students in the area however. If you're looking for a balayage or highlights, you might have a better experience than I did (most of the pictures on their site are of those kinds of dye). My hair might be on the website now, I remember some pictures being taken of my hair... I won't deny that it looks great, but my wallet was left hurting despite the fact that I had a mediocre experience and a tough time getting dye off my skin for the next week.

The lady that does my eyebrows is quick and she listens to what I want, instead of just doing a standard job. The facials are super relaxing and really make a difference to my skin. And I finally gathered up the courage to let Jenny cut my hair and boy, am I glad I did! I absolutely love it. I told her what I needed from the cut, and then gave her freedom to do what she needed. I decided to look online for a lash tech for my lashes. In result in finding one the location had…read moregreat reviews. Moving forward, the place was very clean and the staff pleasant. My lash tech was very nice however, she took a few pause breaks in between my session. At the end of my session my lashes didn't come out the way I expected. I didn't complain. Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all! Out of all the years of getting lash extensions I never experienced a disappointment of poor service. Lash extensions last between 3-4 weeks tops, not 5 days!
