As I tried to explain my situation, she told me I was arguing and didn't allow me the opportunity to speak. Then, you walk barefoot or with socks on to the men's/women's changing rooms. Once in the changing room, you will look for your numbered locker which the same key fits, to store your street clothes, so that you can put on the uniform. The change room is massive and has bathrooms, showers, and the entrance to the pool. ***You are not allowed to wear clothing in the pool, not even a bathing suit, just FYI. However, if you're daring enough to enjoy the pool in the buff, the men's and women's pools are separate and walled off. So it's not coed at all, if that's a concern. I consider myself pretty cultured, but this is one thing that I was surprised about the 1st time I visited and not comfortable with, so I have never partaken in the pool. Other than that, the various degrees of saunas are great, the massages, and the food in the dining area. I enjoy what I partake in, and find it to be a good value overall.
