Came for the first time and was lucky enough to have Toni help out. She has been here for 7 years and is extremely good at what she does. She pays great attention to detail and takes her time to make sure you come out looking perfect. To top it off, she is SO sweet and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. I came here as a first time lash user so she made sure to explain how to take care of them along with the do's and dont's. My technician is Toni. She is fantastic! She is a skilled technician and a very nice young lady. She is meticulous in her work. An absolute pleasure to spend the hour with having my lashes done. I have my lashes done every two weeks and they look great for two weeks. Of course they are not quite as full after two weeks, that's normal, but they still look so amazing that I really could go for three weeks! But oh they look super amazing when they are just done! Lash Lab is AMAZING. I previously went to another salon for my lashes but they kept putting me with a tech in training, so I made the switch to here. I literally live 40 minutes away and the drive is 100% worth it. I love how Raffaella does my lashes, I love lashes with lots of volume and clusters and she went as far as making clusters herself for me, she's also very quick and very sweet. I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment (called over an hour in advance to tell them ) . when she was done she told me this is all she could do in the time we had and then told me it was $65 for the fill ,cash (nobody told me EVER and there is no sign either )I had to walk all the way to the other side of the plaza to use an atm with a $6 surcharge. What drew me into Lash lab was a special they ran for a classic set of lash extensions. I had been following them on IG for over a year. I finally booked my appointment. So far I've gone four times. Once for my extension placement & 3 refills. I am very pleased. Lash lab is impeccably clean. It has this calm feel to it. I get attended immediately when I get there (always on time), Luz, my lash tech is sweet, soft spoken & patient. She obviously loves what she does. And she does it well! My eyes look so pretty. It's amazing what a nice set of eyelashes can do to your face. I've gotten tons of compliments. It looks like I have makeup on all the time. My dilema now is how do I get used to NOT having them? Lol I intend on keeping them as long as I can afford it. I paid $100 for a regular classic set & I feel they are perfect for me. 2 week refills are $60. It's very reasonable when you compare prices to other lash places. I've learned you get what you pay for so I'm always skeptical of "too good to be true" prices. All in all I'm extremely happy with my lash lab experience! I highly recommend them & plan on being a regular. I will 100% give 5 stars because the work is always amazing! I would like to kindly* leave feedback that it is confusing and a bit frustrating that the techs casually text message confirmations from their personal cells. "Hey confirming your appointment tomorrow at 3" from a random number is confusing for the recipient. I never answered the first few times because I thought they were spam. Sometimes they get followed every 30mins-1hour "Hello respond". We all have jobs and stuff as well and will get back to you. Please be patient and say where you're texting from if you can. I have been getting my lashes done for years, I just moved to this area I was referred to this place by a girl and I wish I never been to this place, 1st they had no cleanser to clean my lashes she didn't clean her tweezers and they weren't disinfected b4 she used them on me, while she was applying them my eye was burning and my eyelid was also burning, I told the girl the lashes were poking Me while she was doing them she tried to see what was the problem but I guess she couldn't see that she was applying them tooo close to my eyelid. After I was done I told the girl they were hurting me she said ok do u wan me to fix them at this point I was already late and I had to go back to my kids, I woke up the next morning my right eye was really red from inside as if it was bleeding and obviously that's from the glue that went inside also both eyes were swollen I called the owner to tell her that they are hurting and I am not gonna lie she was nice and said I can go back and fix them but she kept defending her technician and wasn't even trying to believe me I honestly didn't wanna go back and fix them with the same girl so she told me that it was gonna be the same girl I said that's fine thinking maybe my eyes will be ok. Day after day my eyes were still hurting now I have a severe infection and I have crust all over my lashes I have slimy liquid coming out of my eyes. I texted the owner to tell her about what happened and told her to refund my money back so I can use it towards the doctor and the medicine she said we don't give refunds..I am on 2 different antibiotics eye drops and cream please guys be careful I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I am going now. I will also report this place and they will receive a letter from my lawyer soon..hopefully my eyes can get back to normal. read more

Carol is great! as soon as i walked in she greeted me and we went straight to her lash station. I told her what i wanted and she made sure that everything was perfect and to my liking. i never had lashes done before so i had no idea what i was talking about and what to expect, but she was answering all my questions and made sure everything was perfect for me. the whole process took about 1 1/2-2 hours but it was worth it! plus the chairs are so comfy i couldn't help but fall asleep haha. i definitely recommend lash lab. I started going to this location in December of last year..Victoria was my tech and she was the sweetest! She was very accommodating. Victoria went on vacation about a month ago and referred me to Luz. Luz was very nice and my lashes looked nice, however, the next day my lashes were 70% gone. I followed the directions as I always did with Victoria.. I don't know if she used s different glue, but I had just paid $65 and my lashes were done. I reached out to Luz and told her what was happening, I received no answer. I DM 'd the owner, to get some feedback ..nothing. I explained that I was going away and needed some assistance or some of my money back. She didn't say anything, but instead blocked me. Now mind you, I was very respectful, wasn't accusatory and that's how she chose to handle that situation. Victoria was very apologetic and understood that I would never support Lash Lab again. I ended up going the very next day to another establishment and spent another $65, that tech couldn't believe that I went the day before to get my lashes done. I don't expect this business to last, treating customers in this manner. Luz posed like a nice person, but is as unprofessional as the owner. I would never recommend this place. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL and shady. This was my first time getting my lashes done anywhere so I called first and the owner answered the phone. I told her that I was interested in a volume set but she told me it was better for the tech to advise if my lashes were strong enough for them. I booked with Victoria and told her I was going on my bachelorette and showed her a picture of what I like. She did a good job but I told her when I return in 3 weeks it will be for my wedding so I would like way more volume. When it was time to pay the $150 she said it was cash only. The owner failed to tell me this when we spoke on the phone so I had to go to an atm. Victoria told me the next I came that it would be another $150 and that she would add more volume. Fast forward to 3 weeks later I came in for my appointment and Victoria asked what would I like..I tell her that I want more volume than last time as this will be for my wedding. She goes "okay well it will be $220". I showed her in my phone notes that I put down $150 because that is what she told me and I knew I would need to take out cash in advance. So she says she will make them as full as possible. Once she is finished, I look in the mirror and ask her if my makeup artist will be able to add strip lashes since I need more fullness. She says they will rip my lashes out and that she wishes I would of got the volume set. She should of told me the first time that my lashes could hold the volume set and that I should bring the $220. She also rushed me out because the other tech was leaving and I guess she needed a ride home. AND I STILL TIPPED HER. The next day I call the salon and the owner picks up. We talk for 20 mins and I tell how I needed more volume and that my right eye doesn't have as many lashes as the left and she tells me to come later that day at 6pm and that another tech will try to help me out since Victoria is out and she doesn't have her phone number (again, how unprofessional). But it gets worse...I show up at 6pm and the doors are locked and the lights are off!!!!! I wouldn't make it such a huge deal but I got them done specifically for my wedding and any bride can understand how stressful of a situation this was. I feel robbed. I've been here a few times gotten my nails done from Jen she was amazing no complaints on her and from my last appointment I got my lashes and eyebrows done for 120 which I don't mind spending a little more when it comes to self care. I had just gotten the hybrid two weeks before and most of them fell out and She told me it was because of her glue and still charged me for more then a refill which is supposed to be 80 and she told me the eyebrows were 20 and when I woke up the next morning I had burns under my eyebrows I was going to let it go but as the days went by I just got more and more upset and when it hit a week all of my lashes were gone I decided to call asking for a refund on at least my eyebrows considering the fact that I was burned and the burns lasted longer the the shading did and she didn't even want to do that and kept telling me the reason I was burned was because of what I put on my face when I told her multiple times I do not put anything on my face this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with cosmetic services and I'm so upset I spent 120 dollars to look like I had got nothing done but burns read more

I got a lash lift, this is my second time getting this service. The first time it looked great. I came back 2 months later, and left with the same straight lashes that I walked in with. Not to mention, it took 2 hours because i was left laying there through most of the appointment ! I called and left a detailed message asking if I can come back in to have something done for them. No return call or acknowledgement. 1 eye is curled and the other is straight. Waste of $100! I still need my lash curler and mascara. read more
