Negative 10 stars if I could. My meta raybans were 2 months out of warranty when the left arm came…read moreout of the frame. This damaged the ribbon cable that runs through the glasses and the left arm. This damage was obvious, caught by chat gpt and corroborated with master tech. They are not masters of anything but damaging your property. I sent them my glasses and was never contacted about any possible repairs, I was notified that the ribbon was damaged and they could not locate a replacement part. They also stated that they epoxied my glasses together so they could be worn. Problem is that I never authorized any repairs and now the cost and ability to have my glasses repaired has been changed. Roughly a month after sending my glasses the most suspicious package is at my door. I am getting a phone call about the box UPS dropped off because it is in such horrible condition. Guess who its from? The so called masters of tech. The box has a shipping label doing most of the work, my old tape hanging on for dear life and the box half open. Inside I find my glasses, my fathers day present from last year that as you can see in the pictures were in excellent shape save for the fact that the bonding agent on the left arm had failed. Inside are my glasses, further damaged and now irreparable. They saw the obvious issue was the ribbon cable, yet they cracked, pried on and covered my glasses in a sloppy unprofessional epoxy job from hell. Why were my arms opened up by a troglodyte, cracked, damaged and put together in the most unprofessional manner I could imagine. They look like they were given to Harambe to be disassembled. Let the piss poor quality of their craftsmanship do the talking.

They not only fixed the problem, their fee was barely enough to pay for lunch. The second time, again a Mac(2021) that I had updated to the latest software; the software dumped a program that I use for work. They were able to recover the program all within 20 minutes. Again the fee was reasonable. I will be coming back whenever I need help with any of my computers. I also recommend checking out their computers that are for sale. Excellent prices and they look new. Not like some used computer stores that you know, just by looking the computer is used. I felt like I was inside Best Buy. The store is clean and well kept. My only complaint, they are not open on Saturday, so plan wisely. I can only say, they were fun, polite and very knowledgeable. Avoid the Verizon Pahrump store like the plague, I got scammed!…read more The store salesman (Chris) lied to me from the time I walked in until the time I left! He told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money, then I was screwed. First, he lied to me about getting a free phone when I subscribed, then he lied to me about getting a senior discount, and then the biggest lie of all was that we would pay $146.03 a month for the two phones we got there. A month later, I got a bill for $355! I also noticed that I was getting charged for what was supposed to be a free phone, and I was getting charged for my trade-in that was supposed to be an even match. They also said they were going to pay off my old phone. I haven't seen that money yet, but based on the dishonesty I experienced so far, I won't hold my breath! When I went back to the store to confront them about the lies I was told about the free phone and other benefits. The manager told me that the particular phone I got wasn't free, and Chris was a new employee and didn't know any better. In fact, that was the excuse for every lie I confronted him with. When I asked where the senior discount was on my bill, the manager said I seldom see anyone get a senior discount, and Chris was a new employee and didn't know any better, so I got screwed there also! I tried calling Verizon corporate, but I was transferred to the Philippines, and they were almost useless! I did find out that this store was not owned by Verizon, but they are authorized to sell their phones and screw any Pahrump citizen who walks through the door as badly as they want to, and Verizon won't do anything about it! Also, the cell signal sucks; I never get more than 3 bars at most, and mostly get one and have to use my WIFI for it to function correctly! They tell you you have 30 days to return your phone, but it takes longer than that to figure out how badly you got ripped off!
