Absolutely the worst service I've ever aquired, I brought my phone to phone zone in Pahrump and they handed it back to me in pieces worse off than before . I brought it to another ubreakIfix phone repair without having touched it and they told me there was no camera or microphone module left in it it and that it had been removed and not replaced. What a toilet buisness, handed me back a broken disassembled phone with and stole or miss placed parts. Definitely don't go here. If I did my job like this I wouldn't have one! read more

I haven't experienced such amazing customer service in a very long time. In a smaller town like Pahrump, you expect smaller privately owned businesses to understand the concept of taking care of their customers. We should cater to our local community businesses, and they should value our business and make us feel appreciated. The Phone Zone is amazing. Good prices, customer service and knowledge all under one roof. Understanding the importance of my phone for my work, Kathy worked tirelessly until 9 pm to get my phone usable. Total professionalism and a tenacious attitude to do what needs to be done to keep you going and get it right is their goal. I would highly recommend you visit them for all of your phone needs. The two ladies that work in that store don't know what there talking about. The heavy set one is the so called manager, sold us a used iPhone 6 plus, but told us that it was new. Also the camera was defective. She blamed that it was us that did not know how to use the camera. When I investigated with Apple, they confirmed it was a used phone and had been sold before. I confronted the manager about this issue and she got very rude at me. Long story short. I took my phone to Apple in Las Vegas. They fixed my camera issue for free. I moved out to Pahrump in the fall of 2016. At that time, I used Sprint cell phone service and had a Galaxy Note 4. I really like the phone but I did not necessarily like Sprint. I attempted to unlock my phone and really screwed it up. So, I took it to the Phone Zone and had them look at it. They said it could not be repaired. So, I purchased a refurbished Note 4. I noticed immediately that the camera was blurry on the refurbished Note 4. The ladies at the Phone Zone were very nice and replaced my phone or at least a camera in the phone so that the camera worked just fine. However, the problem was that the battery would not hold a charge and would take a very long time to charge. when I brought it to the attention of ladies at the Phone Zone they just said that I was using way too many apps and way too many texts and way too many phone calls were coming in. Now remember I just had a note for that I had used for several years, and it worked great. I used it the same as I used the refurbished phone. But they kept insisting that it was my user patterns that were causing the battery problems. I deleted apps. I deleted Facebook. I bought a 128gb SD card to put in my phone. None of it worked. I couldn't even believe they suggested I put an SD card in my phone to extend battery life. The battery was replaced several times. The drainage on my phone was so bad that when I plugged in my phone and used it the battery would still drain instead of charge. I could maybe go one to two hours without charging my phone. In the end I wasted $400 for a refurbished Note 4 which they were unwilling to exchange or refund my money. I even offered to purchase a brand-new Note 8 for $960 if they would give me a $400 credit on my refurbished Note 4. They were not willing to do that. Now the phone is a paper weight. Based on that, I would never use or recommend the Phone Zone. Also, the recommendations they were giving me like using SD cards to extend battery life seems very crazy to me and I never heard of anything like that before. If using an SD card does extend battery life it would be a 10% or less extension. That wouldn't even touch the problems with the battery I was having. Or the battery life. I don't think it was a battery problem I think it was something wrong inside the phone that caused power to drain. Stay away from the Phone Zone. (BTW - now I have a new Note 8. I use the same apps, + Facebook, I have the same # of calls and texts and a full charge lasts me 1.5 days, not 1 or two hours.) read more
