They not only fixed the problem, their fee was barely enough to pay for lunch. The second time, again a Mac(2021) that I had updated to the latest software; the software dumped a program that I use for work. They were able to recover the program all within 20 minutes. Again the fee was reasonable. I will be coming back whenever I need help with any of my computers. I also recommend checking out their computers that are for sale. Excellent prices and they look new. Not like some used computer stores that you know, just by looking the computer is used. I felt like I was inside Best Buy. The store is clean and well kept. My only complaint, they are not open on Saturday, so plan wisely. I can only say, they were fun, polite and very knowledgeable. He has made house calls, which definitely makes scheduling easier. Sometimes it is really difficult to coordinate with technicians during the work week, so having evening house calls as an option really makes things smooth. The largest project he's helped with is setting up a home security camera / flood light / mesh network system. He was able to set everything up and get it installed and even helped get the app working on my phone. I've also worked with Joshua on computer repair projects and he's been very helpful. I've had him reinstall operating systems and add upgrade components to computers for me. He's added more ram, installed solid state disks and graphics cards for me. I've consulted him on gaming computer build projects and he's been helpful there, too!
