These folks are dependable to 1) make a timely appointment, 2) find out what you need specifically, 3) show up on time with the appropriate manpower and equipment, 4) show extreme respect for person and property, 5) find out how/where you want your property deposited before they start, in order to load efficiently, 5) are courteous and have a great sense of humor no matter how many times you may change your mind about placement, 6) obviously like people and love their jobs, 7) courteous office staff throughout the process, 8) price is more than reasonable, 9) offer advice when appropriate, 10) did I mention respectful and courteous? We had Josh and crew (Rickie) pack a 16 ft pack rat cube to move from Pahrump to Connecticut. They spent 4.5 hours and wrapped and packed things extremely well. I just unloaded the cube today and am very happy with their efforts. They could not have done better. 2300 miles and no real damage. I had purchased 48 moving blankets, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, boxes, and box tape. They used most of the supplies and went a country mile wrapping everything...everything! Although Aspen is the only game in town,even if there were 10 competitors, they would be number one. Thanks Josh. Oh my gosh was I happy with these movers!. We moved from California (YAY) to Pahrump. They arrived ON TIME and went to work immediately. Josh and Craig (or Greg)were GREAT, polite and friendly. They new exactly how and what to do. We got our shipment the next day in Pahrump......all in perfect condition. They put furniture/boxes wherever we asked and, again, the three young men were polite, helpful and courteous. Their prices were the best we found....no surprises.....They give you a range, based on the information you provide and stick to it. We needed the rest of our belongings, moved from storage in Las Vegas to our home in Pahrump. We made arrangements for the truck to meet us at our storage unit. The truck arrived on time and the gentlemen loaded the stuff from the storage unit without incident taking very good care of all of our belongings. They drove to Pahrump and unloaded taking care to not damage the house or our belongings. They were efficient and polite. We have had other experiences with movers that were not nearly so positive. We just used Josh and his company Aspen moving for a local move here in Pahrump. What a fantastic job they did. Josh knows what customer service truly means and is not afraid to put that extra effort in to get the job done and get it done right. Our move itself was a nightmare only because the house we moved into was left full of items and we were not properly packed. With these obstacles in front of him, Josh was able to still get every single item we had moved and handled with care. Even when the monsoon rains hit, he still kept at it. Aspen Moving...Great company!! They did such a great job!! They were so careful with everything. They disassembled and reassembled everything.They wrapped everything up. They had their own truck, blankets, hand trucks and everything they needed. We didn't have to supply anything at all. They were very friendly and professional. Steven and Jacob are amazing movers. They show up on time and eager to start. I estimated 4 hours to breakdown the bedroom set, load, gather containers and load and drive 40 miles to unload and reassemble the furniture. They started at 10am and by 10:30am we were on our way to the house. They were done by noon without incident. Happy to pay the bill and tipped $50. We contacted Aspen Movers to move a storage unit full of furniture to our garage. Good service is a rarity these days and I didn't have high expectations. Two men met us there and meticulously packed the truck taking care of not break or scratch anything. They met us back at the house and unpacked everything into our garage. These guys were polite and even asked what order we wanted things packed into the garage. Overall this company was great to do business with and I feel they exceeded my expectations completely. Josh is the man ! I hired YBT to move me from San Diego and not only did they break a ton of stuff , they left stuff behind in my old condo . Josh took a trailer down there and not only got my not running 1970 mercury cougar but picked up all the stuff left behind by the other movers . Some stuff still had red stickers and bubble wrap on it from the idiots . I wish I would of found Aspen Moving first ! If your moving , hire Josh . These guys were awesome! On time, courteous, and friendly. They were very fast at loading and unloading, yet gentle with our belongings.
