Gate has been closed the last 3 days. Code doesn't work no one answers the phones or goes into the office. Gate doesn't get opened until early afternoon. Not sure what is going on or who to speak with. Just beware before renting here. Apparently it's no longer 24 hours but whenever they feel like opening the gate. I have been with this place for so many years, when I sign up it was only $65.00 month. I notice not even a year go's by and I notice my unit is now 85.00 because of new management. If new management is going to take over they should send everyone a letter in the mail to let them know. Just for my unit alone I am paying $162.00 now. They don't tell you that your storage unit is going up only if you ask why is my payment more, then they something to you about it. Just like them add insurance to everyone unit on there own. They take it to do so on there own. If you have part of the payment they should be able to take it from you and put in so when you get the rest it is all there and you are okay. Nothing anything they do and has to do with everyone stuff there in the storage unit we should be notified of what is going on there. When you get a unit they should have everything on that one piece of paper that states this is what is going to happy to your unit and not by a email or a phone call. I have never had anything sent out to me before from this Highway 160 storage place, I heard bad things about this place just within a year now. That the people there when they go to cut your lock they open up your storage unit door and see what you have in there and if they like they will take it right under your notice. If you really think about Tiffany that Is know has the supervisor she is a very rude person she hires people to work there that they don't know anything about, I remember back in February 2024 I was there putting my stuff in my unit because I had a question went to the house and they were close, now how are they going to be close, but your car is there. The door was lock. Anytime you call they do not call you back right away like they should do. I call them 6 times yesterday on Wednesday 11, 2024 and I didn't get a call back until they had Austion my unit off last night at 6pm. They also just told me this morning if I had the money before 5pm yesterday that I would of had to have cash in hand. So they don't take card when you come to a limit. Need to pay cash that to me is bullshit. You should be able to pay everything online if it is late or not. Tiffany the is a supervisor just a month ago Tiffany was loudly people to stay on the property when know one should be on the property period. The person staying on the property whoever it was they were leaving there trash everwhere from trush to drug supplies. There was a time when i was there to get some things and stop off. There is no lights out there so you can see. It is so dark up. If you are going to sign up there, i would never again storage anything there again. They told me yesterday from that my payment needto be in and i was going to pay my balance i never knew until this morning. I got a falt tire there about Employer said something to that person you get off. The property period Tiffany head supervisor says for that lady that she's more. Unwelcome to come back on the property supposed to be. She has a motor home there. And she's able to stay there. When that is not necessary, Tiffany is a true face. Couldn't a person she says one thing and does the other. What she did to me is very wrong. Cause dating on any paperwork day I've ever gave me. Does not say anything about austion any unit off. The owner of the property. I feel very sad for you if you do not know what's going on with your units.. You will be contacted by higher people. Will be getting ahold of the main ower, and for you TIFFANY THAT IS SO WRONG WHAT YOU DO TO PEOPLE AND THERE STUFF IN THERE UNITS. I DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR AT ALL. They are lies they steal from you when they put a lock on your unit. I have heard it from way to many people I asked him why isn't they ever posted anything or let anybody else know because they never thought anything can be done about it? This is the second time that their system has messed up with my auto-pay. The first time, the issue was resolved. However, this time I have called over 50 times during business hours and sent multiple emails to the manager. Never an answer. No reply. Their voicemail is full so I am unable to leave a message. Now, I have received a notice that I am being charged a late fee in top of my payment. Unable to resolve this due to ZERO customer service. Add in the fact that they keep upping the storage price (by $100) even though they advertise at a lower rate and that makes for an extremely frustrating experience with this company. read more

We obtained a 10x20 storage unit at Highway 160 Self Storage in Pahrump yesterday. Misty Haring signed us up and gave me directions to the unit. Misty was friendly, helpful and professional. We got an excellent price on the clean, spacious and convenient unit. I had a hard time getting the latch to open but Misty explained that the desert heat does that sometimes and told us the trick to get it open. Now we know, but I may bring some WD-40 next time. We're very pleased with our choice to store our things there. read more

go with another company due to them giving you a regular price when you move in then 3 months in they raise your rent. and not talking about a special move in rate, a regular rate, then raising the rent only after 3 months. its ridiculous! go with another storage facility or go to vegas. do not use this company you'll end up paying more than any other place. read more

I have rented a unit here for years, and with new owners my rent more that double since. I turned in notice on December 1st to vacate by the end of the month, which I did. I spoke with the manager on duty on December 1st. I had been on automatic pay and they took out the rent again on January 3rd. I left a message that I was returning tomorrow to pick up my money. The unit was left with no trash and broom swept when I vacated. read more

I rented here earlier in the year to rave reviews the guy who ran the place was absolutely great. So when I was called back to the area again this is the first place I came. Drove in rent a unit no problem. Drove back to Casa Grande, AZ to get my other vehicle and drove all night to get there. drove all day to get back to rent my second unit and spoke to them letting ru.know how far away i 2as coming. I got there EXACTLY 6 minutes late and they wouldn't help me. R3fua3d service and refused to let me store my vehicle inside over night while i waited for them to reopen. Went down to another lot they set me up and i removed the car i had with them and went there. These losers refused me a refund the next day too. Don't waste your time. Total crooks and rude to boot. Try any of the other lots in town, cuz as they said HWY 160 is corporate and we are different. What a difference a corporation makes. read more

The rudest ownerI have ever come across! Screamed and swore at my husband because our trucks battery died and we couldn't get out so we had to call the police to get us out. She does not answer the phone during normal business hours nobody was around to help us. Then when I wanted to come and pick it up on the first as I get paid through the previous month she told me I had to pay for a whole month before I could come and pick it up on the first.
