Contacted James from Phone Techs, and he helped get the ball rolling and diagnosing the issue before I even stepped foot in their store! That's the first clue I knew these guys were here to help fix the problem and not just out to take our money. James, kept me up to date on his progress every step of the way via phone or text to let me know where he was in his progress so we both were in the same page. Within 24 hours he had correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without costing me any more cash and I had my laptop back good as new! I want to give a big shout out to "Phone Techs" located next to wongs donuts in the Stater Brothers shopping center. I have been having issues with my laptop connecting to the Internet. I took my laptop over to phone techs to get looked at The lady that took my laptop and my information was so nice and professional. She called me the next day to let me know my laptop was done and she informed me that the tech said it was a easy fix so there was no charge. Kudos to them in a big way! My iPhone 7 started having problems with the rear camera. When the rear camera was on, it would shake. I had no idea if it could even be fixed. At first, I thought maybe I'd have to take it to an Apple store, but then I looked up places on Yelp instead. Answered some questions on Yelp about my phone problem and less than 30 minutes later, I had a message from Phone Techs giving me an estimate (and this was around 7 at night). After a few back and forth messages, an appt was scheduled for the next day. I brought my phone in and 30 minutes later, it was fixed and back to normal at a great price. They even helped put a new screen protector on. Amazing service! I will definitely return the next time anything happens with my phone. read more

These good people have now fixed my iPhone for me twice. The first time, through a series of unfortunate events, the circuitboard got destroyed. I received it back 100% intact, faster than they quoted and at a slightly lower price than what they quoted me. Today, through another series of unfortunate events, I shattered the screen. They were able to fix it and have it back to me in 20 minutes. I've dealt with a few different employees here and all of them have been friendly and courteous. Service is high-quality, they are prompt, and have fair prices. I hope it will be some time before I need to go visit them again, but I will absolutely return to this business if I require phone or tablet repair services in the future. read more

James does a great job. He gave me 2 different quotes depending on how I'd like to budget, I decided to trade phone in for upgrade because it was due soon. (Phone would not charge/screen/housing damage) He got me a charger that would work as my apple chargers would not. Went from a non working phone to back up and running until I can upgrade for only $15. It would have been free if my chargers at home worked but my charging port is severely damaged and only accepted another version. Could have tried to sway me to spend a lot more but he did not, that is true service which is very hard to come by. Thanks James! read more

Typically I'm pretty clumsy so I drop my phone on the regular, but yesterday I really messed up when I dropped it and three bright lines showed up and I couldn't even unlock my iPhone. So someone told me to try these guys and at first I was skeptical because most phone techs charge an arm, leg, and kidney just to get a screen fixed. I needed to replace my iPhone battery. I was desperate and was headed to the Apple store when I stumbled upon this business. Wow! Such nice people and the prices were AWESOME. They not only had a battery for my old phone but they took me right in without an appointment. The repair was so fast, I went ahead and added a new protective screen for my phone and my wife's phone. I recently visited Phone Techs to fix a broken back screen on my phone. The guy who helped me was nice, but unfortunately, the repair caused a new issue. Before bringing my phone in, I had no problems with the audio, but now, the audio from my camera is muffled and much quieter than before. It's frustrating to walk away with a new problem after paying for a repair. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a thorough fix. Now i'm gonna have to take it to apple and pay them to fix it. Disappointing experience. Just go to Apple. read more

I had been having trouble charging my phone for a couple weeks; bought a brand new ATT charger cable at the suggestion of a coworker; no luck. Took my phone down the Phone Techs as I had had the home button replaced before and was impressed. I was ready to pay $70 for a new charge port, but the guy behind the counter said "let me try cleaning it first; that's free" sure enough I was on my way with a charging phone in 5 minutes, no charge.
