I came in to fix a cracked iPhone screen and the service was 10/10. The employee was very nice and informative, and my screen was fixed very quickly. I came in at 130, and it was finished by 2. At check out, I asked to buy two screen protectors for my phone and another phone, and they offered to install it. It took like 5 minutes and looked great. They accept walk-ins which is nice, but they also have appointments. It's located in a shopping plaza, so I was able to do some grocery shopping and get Starbucks while I waited. Overall, great service, great location, and great results. I would recommend calling ahead and asking if they have the item you need in stock, so that you don't have to drive back and forth if they don't. read more

This place is ridiculous. This place is a mess. They are true criminals. Extremely rude. I got a quote to repair the back glass of my iPhone X. They tricked me over the phone with such low price. Drove all the way there when Elsa, the tech with glasses to argue with me that it's more than double my quote. I showed her my quote and she said nope. She said well we aren't doing it. It cost more then that for the part. I expected her to handle the situation in a more professional way, I specifically got quotes for a reason. I stated 3 times it was the back glass of my iPhone X. How can you give a quote and not stick to it? I warn you of getting quotes from this place. Same problem happened with another customer. I took my phone to WE FIIX on Winchester rd who were so professional and took care of my phone at an excellent price and treated me with respect. I always encourage small businesses only when they are professionals and when they stick to their promises. I was quoted much less to drag my feet out there, treated with disrespect and almost kicked out of her store. I am reporting this everywhere and am warning everyone from such criminals. Honest and reliable service. First time customer. I just returned from Phone Techs in Winchester and I had a great experience when using this company for the first time. They were the first ones who responded when I asked for quotes via online this morning, and were honest enough to tell me that if I needed just a cleaning on my charger port for my iphone, it would be substantially less than a new port. All other companies I contacted in the last few days gave me one price, averaging $85 when I let them know that phone cord wasn't staying in the phone and it wasn't charging properly. I was charged considerably less at Phone Techs and the service was quick and friendly, one hour in and out. These good people have now fixed my iPhone for me twice. The first time, through a series of unfortunate events, the circuitboard got destroyed. I received it back 100% intact, faster than they quoted and at a slightly lower price than what they quoted me. Today, through another series of unfortunate events, I shattered the screen. Phone Techs performed a literal miracle on my dead LG phone. The phone had overheated and completely died. Amazingly, their tech was able to transfer the CPU and memory chips onto another motherboard. This is MAJOR surgery. Not only did the phone work afterwards but all of my data was still intact. I was able to recover all of my texts, calls, contacts, pictures, downloads etc. I am very impressed and very pleasantly surprised. I have to admit, I didn't think this would be possible.
