I only tried their boba drink. I had the taro smoothie. It's very sweet but it's really good. It's different than most I've had because this one was a smoothie instead of a milk tea. I would try it again and recommend it to people but it is on the sweet side. The boba is okay. It's not sweet or anything so it's a good complement. read more

It was a little surprising to find it in a food court but once navigated there very easy to order and see it's location. I had to go up three times to order since the man I ordered from didn't appear to get every item. I asked for three soups and there was only two of us so he only gave us two. My boyfriend was meeting us at the food court so we ordered an extra for him too. The brighter side to that is that the soup was hot and made it to us quickly so his pho was also fresh. We enjoyed the food well enough. We also got fried rolls which were a little mushy inside from rice noodles I'm thinking but still tasty enough. I know that is a certain style in the Philippians and Vietnam. We were so hungry we forgot to take pictures! It's usually the first thing I do! Still on the quest for great Pho but all in all this place didn't entirely disappoint. They didn't gripe with me about using my debit card 3 times. And there was no extra charge for using it with no amount limit. If I was craving pho again and I was nearby I may check this place out again. Or if I'm just plain shopping at the mall. Went here with my fiance, brother and sister. It was fantastic! Not at all what I expected from mall food. The broth was clear and full of flavor, the noodles were perfect. I got the Chicken Pho and the meat was well cooked, tender and had a nice smokiness from being grilled. I ate it so quickly I couldn't finish it all. When my brother went up to get a to go container the man behind the counter topped it off with more noodles! Amazing! I hope to go back as often as possible and try as many things as I can. Oh and who can say no to Boba? Not this girl! Great place. If you like good Vietnamese Pho, or just a nice hot bowl of noodles and broth, you need to pay them a visit. read more

I love Vietnamese food and have been to a lot of the Vietnamese restaurants around the Cincinnati and the Boston areas. I've eaten here a couple times when I was desperate and didn't want to drive to Cincinnati since I live in florence. Though the staff is nice, the pho and spring rolls here are quite disappointing. The pho is way overpriced for the amount given-I do not take big bites at all and I finished the noodles in two bites, literally. The broth tasted lacking in developed flavors and a bit salty. The spring rolls are very minimal in terms of ingredients, with no cilantro except for lettuce, frozen shrimp, noodles and overpowering pieces of meat-if you have had authentic Vietnamese spring rolls before like myself, you'd understand. The sauce was probably the worst part though-it was extremely salty and lacks a great deal of peanut butter taste. If you want a real Vietnamese experience, I'd recommend going to pho kimmy or pho 96 in Cincinnati, the best around according to my own personal experience and my Vietnamese friends. The only thing I would ever go back or pay money for is the decent boba drinks they have there. read more

I'm seriously surprised that such a yummy, authentic place can be found in a mall food court. The pho is yummy and fresh tasting and totally unique! My kids love the boba smoothies which are also such a unique treat (though not fresh on these---they all sort of taste like jolly ranchers to me). Considering this is in a food court in a mall, it's not bad. However it surprised me by being semi decent when I was craving some pho. I got the beef pho and the portion wasn't big. I also thought the broth could have been more flavorful. I might be back if I ever get hungry while in the mall, but I wouldn't make a special trip. But to my surprise, Pho at Pholicious was good, everything that needed for pho is there and they're so fresh; beansprouts, basil, lime, jalapeno, hoisin, and sriracha. I also love how pretty the green silverware matches the bowl, very eye catching! Not the disposable plastic ones, but a ceramic bowl and real silverware. On top of that, the taro Boba drink was nicely done. The taste, the texture were just right. My kid loved it and she can't wait to bring her friends to come back and visit next time. Pholicious is a great addition to the food fare at the Florence Mall. It is a refreshing change from all the usual food chain establishments that you see from mall to mall. We've had their spring rolls and some of their Pho dishes which are good but I would say a bit "toned-down" to appeal to the American taste. Their food is usually fresh and definitely healthier that the other mall foods. I love their bubble tea smoothies. They come in a variety of flavors that are quite different from the usual American-type food seen in the malls. Again, a nice change for someone looking for a different gustatory experience. I would give them 3.5 stars for the food and 4 stars for bubble tea thus my 4 star rating. read more

For years now when we visit family near Florence we end up at Pholicious when we're looking for independent Asian spots. It's crazy that it's just a little spot in the mall food court, and yet they have awesome pho and bubble tea and spring rolls. Compared to authentic, family owned restaurants I've had pho at, I think pholicious is mediocre. The broth is a little on the salty side and not enough spice (personally). The beef is sliced into very large pieces making it difficult to eat. I do admire that they offer many different types of pho (chicken, seafood, vegetarian, etc.) Their smoothies are delicious and they have a lot of fun flavors! Their prices are not bad either. I tried this last night and it was so good I'm going back again today for lunch! I do not like fast food so trying to find something quick and light is hard sometimes. This Pho did the trick! The broth was so full of flavor, and the regular portion was big enough for my daughter and I to share. Super good simple pho. If you're vegetarian you can ask for the veggie one made with vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. Service was quick and if you eat it in the mall, they give you nice chopsticks, spoon, fork, and bowl. read more

I'm Vietnamese and coming from California, it's hard to find good Pho elsewhere. That being said, "pho" here is basically water w. salt. There is hardly any Pho flavor. I had to put a ton of black seasoning sauce to make it not so bland. The portion wasn't that big. I had smoothie and it was okay. Spring rolls were small and had more wraps due to the small content of shrimp and vermicelli. The peanut sauce wasn't great either. read more

Wow! I was so excited to have a healthy restaurant in Northern Kentucky. And in the mall, no less. Spring rolls, a good variety of pho soup, and really yummy smoothie bubble teas ( love the mango and taro flavors, so far) . The people that work there are friendly, accomodating, and helpful. Listen, just because you are "family", you shouldn't automatically be allowed to be apart of the business. My husband and I have been here several times and always loved it. But this week changed our minds. We brought friends to specifically introduce them to this place and was in for a major surprise. We all only ordered the bubble teas this (Tuesday) night. There was a high-school aged young Asian girl, maybe 15-16 years old behind the counter in her school uniform. Nothing was thought odd, until after we paid our money and waited for our drinks patiently. After we got two put of four, the school-aged girl turns to us and rudely exclaimed, " we're out of our balls, you took them all!!!" Shocked at that approach, we looked around and said "huh?" She said the same thing aloud. I turned to the man who took our order (Caucasian, I believe named AJ or RJ) who was kind and much more mature, and he explained they ran out. Understandable! Stuff happens. We weren't upset. But this young girl had a need to keep saying things. She asked multiple times if we still wanted the drinks, I said of course, we already paid for them. She responded that she didn't have to give me a straw if she didn't want to and I wouldn't be able to drink the drink. I gave her a face and said what??? Who says that and it doesn't even make sense! I again turned to AJ and I said we are paying customers and she talks to us like that?? He apologized and said we could wait 45 minutes for fresh boba balls or come another time and he'll give us extra boba balls. It wasn't even about the balls, it was about this rude little girl who spoke to us with such arrogance and a disrespectful attitude. We left and are willing to go back only during the day when we do not have to deal with that idiocy, because the rest of the business is fine outside of her. read more
