So glad I did cause Greg is super awesome! He's very prompt, reasonable and friendly! Just recently my windshield shattered and I've been working from home in Buckeye and Greg came all the way here to my home! I was so glad cause I thought he only worked on the east side of Tempe/Chandler. He's very much appreciated and I will continue to use him for as long as im in the state of AZ! Thanks Greg!!!!

Greg replaced a side piece of glass on my front passenger SUV window. The glass needed to be tinted…read moreagain, so he had his tint guy come out to tint it. Somewhere between the two of them, there was a black trim piece removed and not replaced. When you sat in the passenger seat, it sounded like a wind tunnel without the piece. After weeks of messaging, Greg came out with the piece to put it back on, but he said the piece he received from the dealership was scratched and damaged. He said he would order a new part from the dealership. He left the damaged piece on my vehicle so I could drive without the noise. He said he would stop by home to pick up the damaged piece and take it to the dealership to exchange the piece, when the trim piece was ready at the dealership. We had an appointment that he never showed up for, and he has not returned any of my messages for months now. I also had previous appointments with him that he didn't show for. When I called him he answered his phone saying sorry, he was on vacation. I found this odd that he wouldn't reschedule standing appointments. I would not recommend Greg or his business going forward. He is not reliable and also has no sense of customer service. St. Farm has already paid him for his work, so I have already spoken to my agent to get this taken care of. Disappointing to say the least.

Hector was awesome the whole time he kept me in the loop the whole time. To say his team knocked out of the park with the install is an under statement. I have had three other cars done by different shop here in Az and the job his team did was much better than any of my other three cars. By far the best experience I could ask for.
