I brought in my recently purchased BMW 7 series and they broke my rear power shade, used an excessive amount of water ruining the leather on my front doors. Along with that they didn't even do a good job with the tint leaving bubbles everywhere that did not go away. Hector will dodge you and act like he's going to fix the problem and will constantly tell you that their "guys" are going to fix the problem. In the end they'll just give you the run around and won't actually do anything to fix the issues.
