The image shows a spacious banquet hall decorated for a formal event, featuring multiple chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, large floral centerpieces on tall stands, and tables arranged with elegant chairs. The room has a polished white floor, and blue lighting creates a sophisticated ambiance. There are projection screens on the far wall, indicating a planned presentation or entertainment. The overall setting suggests a wedding or special celebration.

Muchas gracias a todo lo el staff y probadores de Phoenix Event Centers especialmente a Heidi, Vidi, Nancy, Martha y Araceli por estar al pendiente de nuestro evento, fue la boda de nuestro sueños!

A screenshot of a text message in Spanish from Venue Phx, addressing accusations of lying about a salon event, explaining that the event was held without additional charges, and criticizing false claims about payment and family interference.

This venue does not deserve even one star. From the beginning they were very unprofessional. I have proof of that in audio and in writing. Employees have ZERO communication with each other. From the beginning they were stubborn that the event would be a quinceañera when it was indeed a wedding. I had to make all the calls because nobody tried to call us. This was a week before the event. They themselves told me that they did not have much experience with weddings days before the event. The reason they moved us to the larger venue was because of the huge inconvenience they had already caused. It was a means used to remedy all that was they had done wrong. Even so the day of practice they did not know that this had happened. And they put us in the small venue without a/c for the first hour. They had another practice that day (Wednesday) and we agreed to go to the other smaller venue even though our event was that Friday. Now I talked to Heidi at the beginning of the week and that Wednesday at practice about the last payment. She agreed to take that cash payment on Saturday at 9 am the day after the event. That happened because they put me on hold the last check that came from the groom's aunt who is a judge and we have never received any money from her. I have proof of this. And the call to the bank. I have multiple witnesses that this conversation happened both times with Heidi. Two hours before the event heidi called saying that this would not be possible because no event does that. Again the venue contradicting themselves and backing out of their word. That same day of the event she made the comment with a relative that we did not "want to pay because we did not have money." They did not want to accept our credit card to pay but they did accept my now husbands "because he is American". That is sadly racist towards your own race. In the end we gave them the last payment in cash before the time set for the event. Until today we have not received the deposit. Oh, and the man who we gave the last payment to said that they would forgive us for not having given the deposit. Again I have proof that we did. Now they say that we wanted to scare them by saying that my husband is from the Army. To begin with, my husband is not in the Army. He is a MARINE. The reason they had "let" us in 10 minutes before the event is so people would be seated for the ceremony. What they explained to us was that this could be done since we signed the contract with them before they made the new contract that they now use. Now, Heidi has sent us messages saying she's going to "expose" us or "do something" if we don't take down the reviews, weeks after the event. This is my first review that I do towards the venue. If other people had a negative experience that is out of my control. They are good for sending messages but not for returning the deposit. I don't like threats and using the word "defamation" is powerful in court. My advice is the following if in the end up going with this mediocre venue: - have signatures, photos, and screenshots of EVERYTHING since later they will say "we didn't say that" "we don't do that" - make sure you receive a receipt for ALL payments and don't leave until you receive it, even if it's for Zelle etc. They tried to deny us a payment of $1500 -Keep record of your payments. They are not good at it since I have multiple text messages and calls asking for the receipts that I had. - Don't let them rush you when doing the table cloth test etc even if there are other people. It is important. - work with Yessica she was professional from the beginning (it is the only good thing about the venue and the waiting staff)

Her threatening us - A long text message in Spanish addresses false information about an event, criticizing the reviewer for lying on Google, and discusses payment issues, accusations of lying, and emotional abuse. The message emphasizes that the event was free, criticizes the reviewer for false accusations, and mentions frustrations with the review and the situation.

We just had our wedding at Orabella Banquet Hall a few weeks ago and i must say Juan and Jocelyn…read moremade the process so smooth and easy for us. They are super helpful when it comes to looking for vendors which we really didnt need to do because their Gold package pretty much covers everything. So that was definitely a big weight off our shoulders. Payments were smooth, we did have add ons so the prices vary but im so glad i didnt go with outside vendors and left it to them because everything went well. No waiting to see if vendors showed up or not. they answered all of our questions and concerns and got our vision down to the T. They handled setting up appointments with vendors for cake, food tasting, &DJ. Honestly everything was answered and taken care of. I did not book a party planner i was pretty much my own party planner and with their help asking me how i wanted our night to flow they made it happen. Juan and Jos were there the whole night ensuring everything ran smoothly. I have zero complaints. Im honestly super great full i chose orabella for our big wedding day. We danced the night away and our night was unforgettable.
