They are super helpful when it comes to looking for vendors which we really didnt need to do because their Gold package pretty much covers everything. So that was definitely a big weight off our shoulders. Payments were smooth, we did have add ons so the prices vary but im so glad i didnt go with outside vendors and left it to them because everything went well. No waiting to see if vendors showed up or not. they answered all of our questions and concerns and got our vision down to the T. They handled setting up appointments with vendors for cake, food tasting, &DJ. Honestly everything was answered and taken care of. I did not book a party planner i was pretty much my own party planner and with their help asking me how i wanted our night to flow they made it happen. Juan and Jos were there the whole night ensuring everything ran smoothly. I have zero complaints. Im honestly super great full i chose orabella for our big wedding day. We danced the night away and our night was unforgettable.

We took photos outside which there were many options to chose from. The fire place, the wooden wall, the fountain, and the canopy. They also had space heaters outside. We were allowed entry the night before to do some setting up. The tables and chairs were already neatly placed and the establishment was clean. The woman was accommodating to our requests and so helpful. They helped to set up the day of, serve some food, went around to guests offering refill drinks, then came back around to collect trash. This was an extremely hard day for every person in attendance and these ladies alleviated a lot of stress that would have otherwise fallen onto other members of the family who were grieving. Bravo. During our event, multiple guests were confronted and harassed by an angry neighbor. What should have been a joyful celebration quickly turned into a stressful and uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful when tensions escalated. During a particularly heated altercation between a neighbor and our guests, we received little to no support in resolving the situation or ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. This lack of intervention was extremely disappointing, especially given that we later learned this has been an ongoing issue with previous events at this venue. It's deeply concerning that this pattern continues without any apparent effort to address it. A wedding venue should provide not only a beautiful setting but also a secure and well-managed environment for guests. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Backyard Bliss unless these serious issues with neighbor relations and host responsiveness are properly resolved
