What a great location to host a kids dance party!!! I've ha d a few friends who come for the dance…read moreclasses and have nothing but positive things to say about the programs, instructor(s) and studio. I was so impressed by everything and then our minds were blown as the instructor some how managed to spend 30 mins in the studio with more than 15 kids ranging from the age of 2 to 10 years. How she managed to get the kids (both boys and girls) to do a new dance routine was absolutely beyond words can describe. It was girls birthday party but the boys seemed to be into it just as much. The kids performed to several songs that all blended together nicely with their dance routine and it had us clapping and stomping our feet as they all did a good job. Talk about taking camp counseling to the next level... let me know when you find someone who can take that many kids in such a small amount of time and teach them a video worthy set of moves on the dance floor. Trying to find a way to get our kids back to Evolve on a regular despite the location being a bit out of our way, but if you can make it over definitely sign your kids up for a session as I'm pretty sure they will enjoy it!!! Several other studio rooms that don't appear as big as the main one but it's great. A dance studio with the ability to do so many things that lend to the people. Mrs. Chez, KUDOS!!!

We really had high hopes for this dance studio. After a few months of dance class, we had to take…read moreour daughter out. At the end of each class, our child would cry that she did not want to come anymore. The instructor referred to my daughter as "girl" and not her name (although only a handful of girls in the class). The instructor did not take time to slow down and explain routines to her. Our daughter felt overwhelmed and confused. We enrolled in her another dance school in Gilbert and she is much happier and learning so much. Would definitely not recommend for your little girl/boy that is a beginner in dance. We did not leave with the best impression.

My daughter likes it here, we are pretty new but no big complaints so far. I had expected a little…read moremore focus on some things but to be fair COVID caused issues. They implemented a new program too which I like because the complaints I did have I think will be resolved through that program. My friend referred us and her daughter is good so I have high hopes that we will progress quickly since she has experience as a gymnast to build from. The front desk is great.

I registered my kid on Dance Connection because several friends and neighbors had their kids in…read moresome of the dance/theater classes at this school. I am so disappointed with this school! The teachers seems aloof and not kid friendly. The monthly payment is high, but probably comparable to other dance schools, however they make you pay for everything. The costume for the play was almost a $100, and I could have made a better job myself. The school sent a list of makeup items for the official play picture, and they were outrageously expensive; I feel sorry for some of the parent that felt compelled to buy them from the list. We decided to do it ourselves and the results were so much better! In addition to the monthly payment, the expensive costume, and make up, they also charge you a hefty fee for your kid to participate in the play. What is the point of the class then? Why are we paying the monthly payment to begin with? Isn't the play the culmination of a year of class? Oh, and both parents are required to buy tickets for the play (I would have thought that at least one parent would be free of charge since it's a minor participating), but the worst of all, they don't even reserve the tickets for you; you have to go into the system where everybody else is buying tickets, and good luck finding good seats. I don't mind paying a high price for things, but I need to see value for my money, and this school does not offer it.
